This visit to the Midtown Charlotte Crumbl was a bit disappointing. The front door was boarded up from broken glass, which made for a rough first impression. The atmosphere inside didn’t feel like the usual Crumbl vibe—only one employee was friendly, while the rest seemed indifferent and not very welcoming.

i’ve been to a lot of crumbl cookies around no and this is by far the best one yet! the cookies are always amazing. i only come up to charlotte to get my cookies hear and i live almost a hour a 30 away!
