We have been ordering Crumbl for a few years now - safe to say we are obsessed! However, we ordered from the Steele creek location this past Saturday and were given cookies and the cinnamon roll cake, undercooked. All of our cookies and the cake were significantly raw in the middle.I called the location to let them know and they were very prompt in offering me a refund or a new batch. I am a bit hesitant on order cookies from this location again due to this situation.
