Crunch is the best gym in the Charlotte area. The renovations they did were perfect for the Ballantyne area and I wouldn’t rather be anywhere else.

they laughed in my face. I started the membership in February 2024 with my wife. We never used the facilities, I returned after the three months that should have been requested to cancel the service, due to some misunderstanding on both sides it seems they did not cancel but paused the membership, on my part I understood that everything was already canceled, then I receive calls indicating that I owe money, I go to the facilities to resolve the situation which I spoke with part of the staff they told me to fill out a form and the next day I received the email with the cancellation and indicating that I do not owe anything. Today March 2025 my wife receives a call saying that she is in collection due to a debt at Crunch Gym, I go to the establishment that is in Ballantines, they tell me that they canceled my membership but not my wife’s. After an argument with the manager Justin who did not show any empathy with the situation and did not want to resolve it, I had to pay the money that my wife owed. I want to point out that we never used the facilities, and that I came twice to cancel my membership, but due to staff negligence, my wife’s name was put into collections. Very poor customer service. The way I was treated the day we purchased the membership was very different from the day I resolved this situation. They laughed in my face. Never recomend this gym. Verry miserable customer Services.
Crunch Ballantyne is great, every employee here has been extremely helpful.
