I've been twice this week after a while of not going. I had a caramel latte yesterday and a dirty chai tea latte today. The caramel latte was okay, the chai is undrinkable. It tastes like sugar water with a ton of cinnamon but otherwise there is not depth or flavor.

I got the wrong order at the drive-thru. The banana muffin was awesome, but the coffee was wrong, so I don't know how the rest would have been. The salted caramel wasn't my order and I am not sure how people drink that.

This place was 5 stars across the board when I started coming last year… not sure what happened but the last 3 times in the morning the lattes were terrible tasted like milky water not sure whats going on it used to be my goto spot. I only tried 3 terrible times because the excellent past experiences I have had. Please go somewhere else for the next few weeks or months until they get it together, this place is too expensive to be paying for an undrinkable drink.

Coffee is good and the service is nice. But their pricing on their menu is different than what they charged us. Americano is a full dollar more than what was on the menu and they charge a $1 for alt milk instead of the listed .75 cents. Surprised they even charged us for milk. I would understand a little more if it was for a latte or a specialty drink but kind of crazy it was for a little bit of milk instead an americano.

Went to check this place out because it has a drive-thru, got an iced caramel latte and it was so delicious. The latte had the perfect amount of milk, espresso & sweetness to it. Look forward to going again, didn’t see a seasonal menu this time around, but I’m sure I will at some point in the near future.
I have to comment because i read a review that rated this place low simply because she “was confused that is wasn’t a sit in place but a drive-thru spot”… 🤦♀️ people need to read! It’s literally in the name. I digress.
This place is awesome! There are coffee spots like this all over the place back on the west coast, so seeing Coffee drive-thru’s like this in Charlotte is exciting, and the people were great! Try it out for yourself!

Drive-thru only local coffee shop that without a doubt is well worth the try! My Wife & I always prefer supporting local business where and when we can, and our caramel iced lattes w/ almond milk were delicious! We both also got two muffins, i went with the apple filled muffin and it was a perfect compliment with the latte & just as good! Will make sure to visit again when in the area!
I am obsessed with The Crazy Ex latte. Only negative... it is a seasonal drink.

I’ve been going here since late 2023. CupLux instantly became my favorite coffee shop just off their matcha and blueberry muffin. I stopped going regularly around late 2024. Now here we are in 2025 and everything tastes different, and I get stomach aches from my oat milk based drinks. Really a shame I loved this place!

2/24 The girl at the window was sweet and accommodating but that nasty acting girl making drinks was a huge turn off (blonde ponytail) Nobody wants bad vibes when getting there morning drink it’s literally 8:30am. I left. Her bad energy is making you all lose money and product .
