Cuzzo's Cuisine II

Normally when wanting to go somewhere after hearing a lot of enthused uproar you tend to be disappointed. This was our first time in & Cuzco’s cuisine II exceeded my expectation! Food, atmosphere, and service was amazing. I had the house wings and baked Mac and cheese with a side of rice & beans. My mother had the red waffles and wings with a new special cocktail. Everything was seasoned very well, hot, and large portions. Even the water was good. If you know you know! Thank you chef Andarrio and staff. Very pleased! (I didn’t take a great photo, but you get the point!)

First of all let me say my family and I love Cuzzo's and have for so many years! From tuck to university. I was made aware that they have also have an establishment at Carolina Outlets at exit 30 off I-85 south. Initially my son wanted lobster Mac but the lady informed us before ordering that they were out! She was so polite. We decided to eat somewhere else but we wanted to go back and get one of the drinks!! Not even 2 mins later! The other lady (big tall light skinned) up. This heffa acted like she was the only one in the building! Did not acknowledge us even though we were standing at the register! 4 minutes we stood there and she was looking directly at us and said nothing!!! I will never visit this location again. If you don't want to work go home!!

The food was so good! No one in our party of 5 had a complaint! Plenty of food and enough leftovers for some in the party for another meal. Definitely recommend for dinner and can't imagine that earlier meals wouldn't be just as good. I will find out because I'm planning to return soon!

I planned two business brunch meetings today there. The cashier let me know about her Sunday meal deals when I have my mind set on my “regular” I couldn’t beat the value for what I got! I decided to have a lemon drop. The mixologist was definitely leaving her mark. I got two! The music was on point and such an amazing atmosphere for a Sunday! Just relaxing no rowdy crowd. It was worth every penny! I can’t wait to go back! Everyone can’t make the vibes with food AND great customer!! Thanks for all you do!

Me and my boyfriend tried Cuzzos for the first time yesterday and to say it was a mistake would be an understatement. The food was too pricy for the way it tasted. My rice was not cooked all the way, my boyfriend’s wings were not fully cooked. And then there were some guys outside gambling and con us out of $500. It’s our fault for being nice and not listening to our gut.

I aint gonna hold back the juicy details on this one. I walked in and felt like I was standing in line at my own family reunion. The wait was a bit longer than expected but so was the line of eager and hungry patrons. That was a great sign because my food was amazing! I highly recommend this place if you are craving a solid Southern meal to hold you over for a while. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The wings were SO tough. The food quality was definitely not fresh and there was no lobster in the lobster Mac and cheese. I was very disappointed. The wings were extremely hard I couldn’t even chew through it. I spent over $60 dollars and I was very disappointed. I am bothered by restaurants that don’t care about food quality. I have no idea how long those wings have been sitting around they were rock hard.

In Charlotte riding around, the city was looking for a quick bite and looked at my list of places to try, and Cuzzo's was in close proximity, so I chose to go there.

When I walked inside, it was a lot bigger than the pictures I've seen lead on. There were plenty of seats and a huge bar there as well! Always a pleasant surprise when you can get some drank while you wait for your meal, in my humble opinion, lol.  The decor was cool, and the way it was set up looked like it could get really busy some days, I was there on a Sunday evening, and the weather was not good, so it was light.

The restaurant wasn't empty, there was a steady flow of people but it definitely was not busy.  I had plenty of time to look at the menu, which was very simple, nothing too crazy, the cashier took my order, and my food came out at a decent time.

Now for the food.......DELICIOUS. I think this was my favorite meal since I have been here in Charlotte, I had the Cuzzo's combo meal, which came with wings, lobster mac and cheese, collard greens, and a lemonade. One word.....flavor! Everything was really good, and I'll be honest I am not hard to please, and I was definitely hungry when I had it, but that does not take away from anything here.  The lobster mac was divine. By far my favorite thing I ate there, if there is one thing you must try there, I recommend the lobster mac.  Oh wow, I had this Pear Lemonade too ? so good. I am making it a point to go back before I leave, phenomenal!
