Not to busy of a space to bring friends from the neighborhood, but one of the worst bartenders I have experienced. One word responses to any question asked. Publicly rude about tip amount even though we were tipping 20% on just beer. Will not go back and will not recommend.

Walked in and the place was empty because of St. Pats day bar crawls and it was early in the evening. The bartender was non conversational. All questions were shut down with a quick reply. When we asked for recommendations on drinks we’ve previously had she made no recommendation, saying “Oh I don’t know. I don’t do many rum drinks.” Needless to say we decided to leave and didn’t even order. Sad because it was a promising atmosphere.

Bartender was terrible.. Drinks mediocre and pricey. We were the only people in the bar at 10:30 and the bartender was basically closing the place up, cleaning and restocking although the bartender didn’t close until midnight. Didn’t feel welcome.

Love bartending here! The vibe is so great. Chill and cool vibes plus comfy flexible seating. I have bar tops , bistro tables, couches and a patio full of seating. The pool tables and all around tvs are fun and we even have an app-controllable juke box!
Come here for local neighborhood bar vibes where everyone turns into a friend and where there is a drink special for each day.
There is no food, but we can give you a snack or you can bring your own food in! Cant wait to see you soon!

Showed up at exactly 11:10 Friday night. Excited to walk in as a couple was dancing next to the pool table and several people sitting at the bar. Immediately the bartender jumps from behind the bar, scampers quickly towrds us and tells us they are closing and not letting anyone else in. Embarrassed, we apologized and left, didn't know they closed at 11. Imagine our surprise when we see the hours posted on the door showing midnight close. Sadly we just rented this place out a few months ago and now we are persona non grata.

I’ve been wanting to try Cypress Drinkery in Charlotte, North Carolina for so long and finally got there. It was better than I imagined. Just a chill local bar with a bottle shop. The bartender was amazing. She was very friendly and had fast service. The prices were reasonable and loved the space too. Will definitely go back.
Mavis tire was a little backed up so I walked next door and discovered Cyprus Drinkery. Its was awesome! The bartender AJ was totally cool and made me a bloody mary to die for. Will definitely go back. 5 stars.
