Homemade chips we're great. We ordered mild wigs with An order of hot teriyaki. They came out hot wings and regular teriyaki. The veteran waitress told us that the mild wings ran hot. She sucked.

The hamburgers are unbelievably delicious, each sandwich with 2 patties!! The patties are formed fresh for each order. The meat is never frozen and delivered daily. They are cooked perfectly, and there is a variety of toppings to choose from. The crinkle fries are perfectly criisp on the outside, fluffy and tender inside, and never greasy. Portions are generous. Come hungry.The menu is expansive! Wings are rated the best in town. Salads, wraps, sandwiches, and more. A large variety of beers are available along with wine and cocktails. I'm not much of a wing person, but they look delicious! People rave about them! You can watch sports throughout the year. It's a casual atmosphere for all. Your food comes quickly. A big roll of paper towels is on each table. You will need them for the juicy burgers, wings, etc. Everyone is so nice!! I won't go out for a hamburger anywhere else. You get so much quality food for your money that is fresh and consistent! Not like the fast food burger chains that charge just about the same for a mediocre combo that's pre-made and often cold or not what you ordered after sitting in a long line at the drive-thru. Worth the drive even if you're not that close to the South Charlotte area. Well done, guys!

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible in parking lot, entrance. It's may be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair inside due to tables and chairs. However, the staff is friendly and so helpful. I am sure they would move the tables/chairs or find a booth with plenty of room to put the wheelchair at the open end of the table.

This place has become the gold standard of wings for me. Perfect juicy saucy wings. You never have to tell them make it extra wet or whatever its always made to perfection. HOT GOLD is a must try. Theres usually two ladies serving about 10-12 tables but not once i was let down by their service or speed. All staff is amazing and welcoming. As far as the atmosphere goes its has the perfect local vibe.

Customer service/manager sucks!!! I have never been treated like this before. He was not nice at all. All of the food was not cooked. The wings were soggy, when I asked for well done and was covered in sauce. My salad was soo old, the lettuce was brown. Management would not say sorry, support a small gift card nor a refund. I was informed TODAY 10/25/24, NOT to return to the restaurant anymore 😕. Super hungry and is dispute my coins. NEVER AGAIN will I try this restaurant!

I love coming here. It gets so busy you might have to wait a bit to get an empty table. Wings are still the best. I ordered a steak philly and it was different this time, still the food and the girls are great.
Delicious and crunchy fried pickle spears. Meaty wings generously doused in a unique flavor sauce. Service could have been more attentive with water and soda refills.

This place was such a a pleasant surprise!!! My husband and I moved to Charlotte from Buffalo NY so we KNOW WINGS...and this place is on par with Buffalos wings! Loved the welcoming atmosphere and the food was delicious. 5/5 would recommend to anyone. Our waitress was the sweetest woman and made us feel like a member of her family! Just can't save enough about this place. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

I have to say that the wings were good. Even though they didn’t include celery and carrot sticks with my order. Which I should’ve checked before I left. I can definitely agree with reviewers who are minorities. You can tell as soon as you walk in, you could feel the vibe. A young lady took my order. She was eager to serve me so I gave her a tip. An older lady grabbed my receipt and put it away. Which I didn’t understand. How I am supposed to let them know what I paid for. If you take my receipt. So I told her to give me my receipt. I’ve worked in a lot of different restaurant venues. From fine dining, upscale Japanese steakhouses to sports bars. So I know how to handle a staff who aren’t comfortable serving minorities. This place has good wings it’s a shame that the service doesn’t match. The owner doesn’t even reply to reviewers who’ve had bad experiences.

New England Patriots. Bill Belichick took my order, so I could not get out of there fast enough. I got to my car and took a bite and instantly realized why they are considered one of the best organizations to ever do it. So, I can live with Belichick.
