I'm only rating this an overall 1 in hopes to get the attention of management and training. Inform your employees of the menu options. In particular the ***Sicilian special*** rectangle pizza with everything? It's a gamble to call this order in and get the correct pizza.

Ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza but was delivered a pizza with everything on it. Called and the cashier said I could come in and get a refund and get the correct slices but the manager proceeds to call me 5 minutes later to tell me that he instead decided that he will not refund me since I ordered do mine EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ON THEIR WEBSITE (Mind you, not door dash or some other party). I told him that I’m pregnant and cannot eat over half of the things on the pizza (salami, peppers, mushrooms, olives, onions, etc.) that they sent but after arguing back and forth for five minutes, I hung up and simply disputed with my bank.
Completely and more importantly UNREASONABLY difficult. To hell with this location and this unprofessional “manager”. Use the university location instead….save yourself the headache.
Manager was a younger Hispanic guy wearing a green adidas fitted hat on backwards, a graffiti shirt and had black rimmed glasses.

I love their slices. They are big and greasy, just like back home. They also have a chicken finger sub that is to die for. The service is quick for take out.
Omg absolutely amazing! For the 1st time in 10 years. A real NY style pizza. The massive slices that are thin but still crispy. It was soooo good! The slices are massive I could only do 2.
Da Vinci's is always a good spot to eat from.
