The bldg could really use a revamp on the exterior
The cashier was way too tall for the window and didn't lean down for eye contact when ordering. I was talking to her waist! Felt poor customer service training but food was good
A nice place to take the kids and your family pet for some ice đŠ cream đš they have two different benches and seats on the side of the building and plenty of parking spots
Excellent
Not worth visiting.
Iâve been visiting this Dairy Queen on Wilkinson Boulevard for many years, so todayâs experience was very disappointing. There were two employees in the store, but only one was working the register and taking orders when I arrived at the window, which caused unnecessary waiting.
I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and peanuts, along with a small Misty Slush. After I paid about $8.06 (and even added a tip), I was then told the slush machine wasnât ready. While I was refunded $1.10, the machine should have been checked before taking my order and money. She didnât even wait to complete out the transaction.
The sundae also did not appear to have the extra hot fudge I requested. When I asked about it, the response felt rushed and dismissive rather than helpful. Small details like this make a big difference in customer service.
Overall, I did not feel like I received the service or value I expected. I hope management takes a closer look at customer service at this location, because long-time customers notice the difference.
Rude slow disrespectful. Not good
It was good quiet place to eat thanks so much
Closed at 7:01 pm on a Monday night because âthey ran out of icecreamâ
Actually guys the hours they posted are wrong, they donât serve you at 855 PM because theyâre closedâ if youâre going to close 5 minutes before online says please change the hours posted. It also appears that theyâre serving someone else at the front window âafter closeâ because it seems to be on of their friends. Terrible,,.
One employee working???????

Yummy!!!!!! The Reeses Blizzard is a new favorite!!!
The white cashier Madison needs to learn some customer service etiquette and she if doesnât like her job she needs to quit ! I placed my order she walked away before even knowing if the transaction went through. My hot fudge Sunday was over filled with fudge. I added strawberries and got more syrup than strawberries. When I asked if I could actually get some strawberries she gave a blank expressionless stare to the other employees like I annoyed her. I guess she thought that was cute but it really rude. She put the strawberries in a cup and pushed it through the window didnât think to give me a lid. I had to ask for a carrier bc I had other items on top of ask for spoons. I live around the block by the time I got home it was a soupy mess. I donât know what the problem was but it was almost another issue . Iâm a paying customer at the end of the day. Nobody asked her to do anything that wasnât her job
Blizzards bring me back to my childhood. I loved on hot days getting ice cream and sitting at picnic table!
Great ice cream treat
It was a black girl with a ponytail there that had a poor attitude towards not only me but this sweet old lady that was in front of me. I honestly could care less about her attitude towards me but seeing how she disregarded the old lady, I think it may not be best to have her at the register at all. I didn't eat the ice cream afterwards but it did look good.
