the staff perfectly made the parfait i’ve been seeing on tiktok and i appreciated that:)

always busy but Dairy Queen ice Cream is really tasty and its worth to wait in line. (one suggestion - instead of 9 PM they supposed to close 10 PM) really, it's too early, if you compare others like Andy's, Cold Stone or any other ice cream shop it will remain open till 11 pm).

I come here all the time and it is amazing. I could stay here all night. I would invest all my money here. You definitely need to try it. The service here is awesome and it is very clean.

I came here to try the viral cookie crunch dip and its the best thing ever and the service here is mega ultra premium deluxe amazing !!! Definitely recommend this place

The staff was very nice to me when i walked in they greeted me and asked if my day is going good. They made a pretty cherry dipped cone till now the best DQ i have ever been to 3020-D Prosperity Chruch Road

I’d give 0 if I could. I don’t understand why yall couldn’t do your jobs, and just pay attention. I just got my DoorDash order that I ordered literally 30 minutes ago. It’s nearly 11 pm now. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. With extra chocolate chip cookie dough. For Kari W. Why did I bite into a butterfinger blizzard with peanut butter which unfortunately I happen to be deathly allergic to?! This isn’t exactly something that is okay to be a mix up bc you never know if somebody has these issues…. Genuinely concerned and disappointed at that

Always accommodating, fast service and super nice people with so many flavors of yummy ice cream!!
Even their hot dogs and pretzels are pretty good.

Dietary restrictions: If your dietary restrictions are voluntary, you be OK. However, I wouldn't feel safe putting my life in their hands to follow life-threatening dietary restrictions. They hire very young people (seemingly family) who are not knowledgeable about the products and options. You can't really blame them as they don't seem to receive the proper training, seeing as how the adults who own and/or operate the business. We're not talking about complicated things here either. I am merely referring to a simple request of a "diet strawberry-banana smoothie" comprising of strawberries, bananas, ice, and a bit of water if needed ... NO ice cream, yogurt, fro-yo, milk, etc.! They agree at the time if taking the order, yet never comply.

Parking: Strip shopping mall parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly ... especially the first official day of summer when they give away free ice cream cones. My kids look forward to this every year.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking accessibility is no problem. However, being fully disabled myself (due to my MS), this is something that I have to be aware of on a daily basis everywhere we go. It is a pretty tight squeeze inside and difficult for me to navigate with my wheelchair.

Got a Oreo cake for mother's day. You could tell by the taste and the ice cream texture that the cake was old. Not the first time I go to this location and the cakes are old.
