Dairy Queen (Treat)

My boyfriend and I call this the stinky Dairy Queen. It always smells like spoiled milk in there. Definitely a poorly managed location.

This DQ is dirty. Employees are on their phones. Someone needs to clean this place

This is awful. $16 for 2 cheese dogs, a coke and a milkshake isn’t that bad, if they were good.

The cheese dogs were dry buns, soggy dogs, and just cold shredded cheese.

The coke, was somehow disgusting. I understand that beverages often taste different in different places. However, this coke tasted the way urinal cakes smell.

The milkshake tasted okay, but very quickly became more of an inconvenience than a treat. They over filled it to the point I thought it was a joke, then not even 2 minutes later just liquified. Even with the multiple napkins I got (so thin you could see through them), it wasn’t enough to stop the sloppy flow of my $7 milkshake.

Overall, not worth it. Prices are average, and the food is lackluster, to say the least.

I’m sure one of the “corporate team members” will respond with a nicely crafted automated reply, but don’t listen, take your money elsewhere

Every time I come in the customer service is always good. They actually turn the blizzard upside down which is a fun signature that not all Dairy Queen locations do! This location is awesome!! 👏🏽

Nice employees there. Usually it’s too busy for it to be clean. Yesterday it was clean but the smell of cleaner was a little too much. My wife had the Reese’s pieces blizzard and I had the Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard. Absolutely delicious

Great customer service

I visited this establishment on 8/12 and was really shocked and disgusted to see a lady inside with her dog on her lap and they were just starting to eat. Aren’t animals only allowed if the restaurant has outdoor seating. This is not very hygienic.

Still thinking about how absolutely terrible my experience was here. Every-time I think about it I genuinely get very upset. And the fact that the guest relation team called me that they were “looking into it” and I did not receive a single call from any manager at that location says a lot. This diary queen is obviously so mismanaged. Is corporate cares at all about the brand then they will do something

I ordered a personalized cake through the online page on Sunday by DQ, when I arrived on Tuesday to pick up my cake my order was not there and they showed no interest in doing something to give me a solution and they gave me another one of another flavor and without a poster the one I asked for. But the lack of interest and his despotant way of attending to you is annoying I won't place an order again or go to any branch

My son’s birthday was this weekend. He wanted an ice cream cake so we went to Dairy Queen and got an Oreo chocolate ice cream cake. It was very good! I think we need to have a birthday on a weekly basis!!!

I hate to make this comment. I like Dairy Queen, but we have been twice to this location. Unfortunately, the place smells like rotten milk that has been vomited. Im not sure where the break down is in the cleanliness, but someone in management needs to address it. We thought the first time it was maybe an incident that happened before we arrived, so we forgave it, but it's the regular smell. We will have to find another place.

smelled like someone puked

Service was pretty slow. No one greeted me when I walked in and I was standing at the counter for about 4 minutes before anyone came to help. Kitchen looked messy.

Menu says $4.59 for plain hotdog combo but they charge $5.29 and say no cheese and no chili on the order/receipt. I don't like either and when I questioned the people working they claim there was only one button for the hotdog combo option. The hotdog was hot and fresh.

The floor and tables were all dirty but they were also busy with a constant flow if traffic.

The folks working were not rude but not friendly either. They didn't greet or welcome any customers.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DAIRY QUEEN LOCATION NOT SUPPORTING THE VETERANS. ALL THE YEARS WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION, & THEN THEY DON'T SUPPORT THIS SMALL GROUP OF CUSTOMERS. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANYMORE. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!
