Dairy Queen (Treat)

My son’s birthday was this weekend. He wanted an ice cream cake so we went to Dairy Queen and got an Oreo chocolate ice cream cake. It was very good! I think we need to have a birthday on a weekly basis!!!

I hate to make this comment. I like Dairy Queen, but we have been twice to this location. Unfortunately, the place smells like rotten milk that has been vomited. Im not sure where the break down is in the cleanliness, but someone in management needs to address it. We thought the first time it was maybe an incident that happened before we arrived, so we forgave it, but it's the regular smell. We will have to find another place.

Service was pretty slow. No one greeted me when I walked in and I was standing at the counter for about 4 minutes before anyone came to help. Kitchen looked messy.

Menu says $4.59 for plain hotdog combo but they charge $5.29 and say no cheese and no chili on the order/receipt. I don't like either and when I questioned the people working they claim there was only one button for the hotdog combo option. The hotdog was hot and fresh.

The floor and tables were all dirty but they were also busy with a constant flow if traffic.

The folks working were not rude but not friendly either. They didn't greet or welcome any customers.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DAIRY QUEEN LOCATION NOT SUPPORTING THE VETERANS. ALL THE YEARS WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION, & THEN THEY DON'T SUPPORT THIS SMALL GROUP OF CUSTOMERS. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANYMORE. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!

Manager walked in 20 minutes late. The staff was 10 minutes late opening up, the restaurant was filthy, clearly not cleaned the night before, the whole place smelled like spoiled milk, there were no napkins in either of the two dispensers, and the bathroom was dirty. BUT the ice cream was cold and tasted good.

Swung in because we were in the area. The gentleman running the register asked me if I wanted Chilli and cheese on the Chilli and cheese hot dog then asked my other half what he wanted before walking off before we were done ordering...

After we were allowed to finish our order a gal walked up to help make our order and they made fun of the order the hole time THEN tried to give it to the wrong customer even tho we made it clear it was ours

The ice cream was good, but was very turned off by the filth and lack of customer service. No one said hello even after I greeted them. They just stared at us until we started speaking our order. There was melted ice cream, napkins and toppings all over the counters and floors. I love Dairy Queen, so this was quite the disappointment coming to this location and seeing how much the franchise has gone downhill.

Horrible experience! They changed the stuff apparently and the girl in the front was rude, I went there a couple of times before and the service was excellent but this time it was full of younger ladies talking out loud and they were not eaven able to bring the ice cream to the table ( as I was use too) , they dont eaven put all the ingredients in my banana split) , dont eaven say hi , or asked if we wanted the receipt , which was very rude , defenetly not going back to that place , too sad because I use to love it but now whit the new stuff everything changed , no wonder the place was empty!!! Lol

I felt so sorry for the kids working that night. It was slammed with the line out the door for over an hour. But they kept working hard and completed every order as quick as they could.

Line out the door and had to listen to LOUD rap music the entire time. Hated it! Only waited for the kids.

Delicious ice creams, good service, only the facilities are somewhat neglected, a little maintenance and some cleaning would not go amiss

Workers are really nice and were able to give good costumer service during rush hour. I always enjoy eating ice cream at this place very yummy. Will be coming back !
