Ran out of food, onion rings and pretzel were over cooked, but had friendly service.

Great food and ice cream service was convenient with a few employees in there ,they still gave good service .Thanks Dairy Queen

If I could give this place 1,000 stars I would ! I’ve found the place me and my daughter can make cute lunch date memories ! The two ladies in the front (they looked younger than they say they are) were so pleasant and nice despite dealing with a very rude customer before me. I wish nothing but the best.

My food was delicious! My daughter ate all of her chicken tenders and didn’t touch her fries until she was finished with the tenders (& my kid loves fries!) The ranch here is chefs kiss!

I really don’t have anything negative to say about this location. I’m about to make this a weekly thing.

I paid 4 28 for a medium strawberry sundae. The sundae was good however I only got half a cup of ice cream. It looked nothing like the picture. I finished my sundae & went back to order another one because it was good, just not as advertised. I could.have gotten the same thing for half the price at the QT around the corner.

Rude!!! Assuming she was the manager because she was the one yelling at everyone. The open sign is on at the door so we walked in when someone opened the door as any normal person would, and since there's a giant open sign on, you would think they were open since it was over fifteen minutes till close. Then she proceeded to fuss at everyone like we're supposed to know what's going on when they're technically open. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Learning opportunity You could just put a simple sign on the door every night.If you're going to lock the doors early, that says ... Hey We are open because the open sign is on, but this door will be locked early. And you need to go to the drive through.That would avoid her having to so rudely yell at everyone indirectly.

Customer service at this location was terrible. Not only that I got a meal
And the lady said they was out of fries for my meal
They can only do onion rings which she proceeded to charge me for the onion ring when if they had fries, I wouldn’t be charged because they came with a meal so I feel like that was some bull crap not only that the lady didn’t look at me not one time to acknowledge my presence. she looked down the whole time at her phone service was terrible.

I went there today to get the new cookies and cream parfait. The lady refused to make it out of Of a parfait, she said she can only do the comb then she told me that they were out of meat so I couldn’t get hamburgers for my son. The customer service was very nasty and she did not want to do her job.

Doors locked 2 hours before close, that’s fine. But lady wouldn’t make a parfait?? I asked why, she just said “we’re not doing those right now”. Got a blizzard with 1/3 of the normals toppings

I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and realized there wasn’t any cookie dough in it. I went in and asked about my cookie dough blizzard and why there wasn’t cookie dough in it the lady asked the other one if she put in 3 scoops of cookie dough and the lady said “it didn’t say cookie dough on the screen yes I put in 3 scoops of cookie dough”….. how do you know to put 3 scoops of cookie dough when you said cookie dough wasn’t on the screen? She lied and the manager allowed her to lie right in front of my face. They didn’t offer to make it right no remake no nothing. They let me walk away knowing I wasn’t satisfied. This left me fuming inside so I threw it in the trash then I was like you know what? I want a refund. I went back to the counter and told her I wanted a refund she asked me for the ice cream that I threw away and told me to hand it to her…. Why she needed the ice cream back that was thrown away? Idk. So I got it out of the trash gave it to her and had her give me a refund. This was my first time here and I can assure you I Will NEVER come here again.

The female that served me was very rude. I was asking her a question about my coupon she just cut me off didn't allow me to finish asking my question. Just rude and unnecessary. I tried to do a survey from my receipt but some of the numbers were white out so I couldn't see the full numbers. I hope she was not a lead person or manager because she gave poor customer service

drove out of the way to come to dairy queen. They said they were only taking uber eats orders??? makes no sense considering they are open for business. so tired of poor service from everyone.

Slow service. Clearly understaffed. Not enough condiments given even when specifically ordered and no bathrooms. Bathrooms attached at gas station next door all couldn't flush. Terrible atmosphere.
