Dairy Queen (Treat center)

I wanted an Orange Julius, so I specifically sought out a Dairy Queen near me. I went around 1pm on a Saturday and it was empty. Service was quick and price was good. There was plenty of parking. When I looked at their menh, they had Orange Julius. However, when I ordered it, they told me they don't have it and that I could get a Strawberry Banana smoothie instead. I agreed and went about my day. This was my drink (look at that gap). It tasted good, but definitely waters down after a hour.

FYI: Orange Julius is different from the smoothie because it is less ice-based so drink keeps it taste. That's all... I know my Dairy queen drinks 👀

my friends and i walked in and we got high by the fumes of sour milk and bounce that ass’- three seconds later my friend passed out and we had to get her an ambulance later. the blizzards were fire though, i recommend

WALKED INTO STORE WITH THREE EMPLOYEES AND NO CUSTOMERS.OWNER SAID HELLO,WALKED OFF AND NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS THERE.I TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OUT TO NEVER GO BACK.I'M TIRED OF SPENDING MY MONEY AND BEING IGNORED!

A Blizzard is a Blizzard (Blizzards are delicious) but the service here was quick and courteous. A few bites in I asked for a cup of water and they asked whether I'd like ice or not, then brought me a chilled (adult size) cup of water.

I went to the place order two banana split I asked no chocolate no whip cream I can't have nuts so I asked the girl don't touch my food because she finished up with one customer then went to making my ice cream I said I am alerting you that I can't have nuts she want to go back and forth we me so the extra strawberry none there was two pieces on my banana split then she putting a lots of strawberry juice on the ice cream then I see her over the trash can with my food draining the juice off very NASTY I asked for my money back I was told they don't do refunds I asked for a manager there not one here so what do I do then I am standing there a man and the two girls go to the corner talking then comes back gives me my food I was very uncomfortable and at that point I didn't want nothing I am a manager at another business I was not going to let them take me out of my of who I am because I deal with customers all day so took both and just went but I didn't eat them both went in the trash I paid over 12 dollars and some change I will never go back there again and me and my family goes there all the time new people so I guess they make the rules and on top of that they ack like they don't understand English I work with black Hispanic white Chinese I never would let my cashier treat a customer like that

I’m extremely disappointed in the service at this store. I placed a custom cake order a month ago, and on pick up day, they seemed to have lost my order and never made my cake. I specifically ordered a gluten free cake due to my intolerance and on arrival they responded that the option wasn’t even possible. The staff then made unhelpful suggestions of their store bought options that I cannot have. On top of this, the staff was rude and unhelpful, as the manager was on her phone during the entire conversation. I will never visit this location again.
