When I first walked in I noticed that the tables were dirty. It also smelled like they were using cleaning supplies to mask the smell of sour milk. If the tables were dirty and the store smelled I can only imagine how clean the ice cream machine would be so I left without getting anything.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service at this store. I placed a custom cake order a month ago, and on pick up day, they seemed to have lost my order and never made my cake. I specifically ordered a gluten free cake due to my intolerance and on arrival they responded that the option wasn’t even possible. The staff then made unhelpful suggestions of their store bought options that I cannot have. On top of this, the staff was rude and unhelpful, as the manager was on her phone during the entire conversation. I will never visit this location again.

Great option for ice cream. I have never gone wrong with a Oreo blizzard. The prices are affordable in my opinion and plenty of great options to choose from.They have outside seating which was a great option for us the weather was perfect for it.I took away a star the staff did not greet us or anything before ordering or upon entering the store. The Dairy Queen on eastway. The portions. Are smaller now. They are dirty floors and backsplash and back area are dirty. Machine don't get clean often a food borne illness is on its way soon. Health department needs to check the cleanliness of bathroom and cake prep area. Go to Ben and Jerry's or Jenny. They are much cleaner

They were starting to close 45 minutes before posted close time. Ordered blizzards but received mostly soft serve. They are too expensive to skimp on ingredients!

Store always closes BEFORE the advertised closing time! 8:40pm and doors LOCKED again. Same thing last week! Hire people that truly want to work.

This is a very nice looking Dairy Queen. Love the artwork, very classy. Friendly staff. However, I've learned to stick to weekdays. The staff operates in a more sanitary manner on weekdays.

Husband & I goes to this one all the time. The owner got rid of all the black people that worked in there that knew what they were doing. He replaced them with people from India that don't know what their doing. The guy made a huge mess with the ice cream, running down the cup didn't clean it up, jut handed to me to clean up. Not going back.?
