Food and drinks cool. Service was fast. There was an old guy vaping indoors, staff didn’t do anything about it. When I asked the old guy to take it outside he became threatening, stated he knew the owners and it was ok, then vaped. If I wasn’t there with kiddos situation would have been different. State of NC bans indoor smoking, including vaping. I will file a complaint.

Great sports bar, visited on a weekend and was packed but the service was quick and friendly. We had a great time eating dinner, playing shuffleboard and having a few drinks. would recommend it's a small hidden gem sports bar tucked away in ardrey kell area.

Nothing like a mam who protects men convicted of domestic violence. Bartender Tim is really protective over protecting those people. After coming there for a long time stunned at how much he cares for that type of person.

We have lived across the street from DB Tavern for 4 years and never realized it was there! We always complained there weren’t many reasonably priced restaurants near us, being in a fancier part of Charlotte, but here was DB Tavern. You know it’s a good restaurant when everything sounds good and is well priced. Everything we got was really fresh and delicious. Their apps were huge and probably could have been shared by 4 people. It had a darkish tavern vibe with some funky music and TVs with sports on. They have taco Tuesdays and trivia nights at 7pm Tuesday. Will definitely become a regular!
