I’ve been a vegan for 26 years and am new to Charlotte. Tried this place for the first time today and I will be back. Loved the sandwich I got and there are so many options on the menu I look forward to trying. One critique would be no prices listed on the menu—this was incredibly weird. I had looked at prices online prior to visiting and my sandwich cost more than it was listed online. I still enjoyed the food but no prices listed? Seems shady and will turn a lot of folks off. Since there is a sign board in shop there’s really no excuses for this since changing prices could easily be modified without re-printing menus.

My experience is more personal for me. My son before passing away two years ago introduced me to this spot by bringing me here. He & I both enjoyed the Teraniums and said we wanted one. We enjoyed our food also. He was being his silly self as usual. I miss him and every time I go on Central I always look at the restaurant. 💚💔

We went here after seeing a review in Tik Tok and this shop did NOT disappoint. They have good gluten free bread for sandwiches, which is hard to find, and their chicken and tuna salad sandwiches were fresh and crunchy! They also had a TON of vegan/vegtarian options that I will definitely try next time. So happy we decided to give this place a try because this is our new sandwiche place for sure!! The people that work there were so nice too. I only wish they had more outside seating but other than that this place is amazing.

Tried the torta and salmon bagel with hashbrowns. The torta was good, but the bagel was sloppily thrown together and not worth 14.99. Taste wasn’t there. Hashbrowns weren’t fresh at all.
The sandwiches is huge and the vegan meat is delicious plus they have their own house bread!!!! I had the vegan La torta jarocha They have a lot of vegan options and they do tacos on Friday sat and sun!! Wish they were open late

Vegan heaven it is. Soooo many options for ALL. It was our first time trying it and absolutely loved everything we ordered. Their Vegan chocolate and carrot cake were amazing and so is Un Quickie and El Chingno(all vegan), excuse me if I’m spelling it wrong 😑 . Cute little cozy place and absolutely friendly staff. Must try.

don’t let the unassuming exterior of the building fool you! deli st is fire! i got the st julien (italian) sub and it was absolutely fabulous. this cute lil’ deli carries a thoughtful assortment of accoutrements that includes a variety of vegan/veg/local offerings, wine and beer, the staff was super sweet, and the food was fresh and delicious. shop local!

Extremely disappointed in our visit today! We usually come here a few times a month and this time we were overcharged by quite a bit. The young lady stated their prices went up. Which I understand that prices increases but by $4 is ridiculous. There are no prices on their menu and their online system states a total different price.
So it appears they are under new management and prices changed with new management as of the same day. This needs to be posted. This is extreme shady behavior and now they are blaming the clover system. Bad customer service!
