so showed up at 10:30., and the lady working stormed up to us with completely empty restaurant and told my party I could not eat and she would refuse to seat us because she was the only waiter. the establishment states open until 12. We offered to order immediately and just wanted to be able to eat as a group and she promptly said “I don’t care” we even offered a very considerable tip in order to compensate being the only waiter even tho there was still a cook not doing anything. She then responded with “I didn’t ask you that, i’m not serving you.” this happened on March 12th around 10:30-10:45 and that waiter needs to understand if the establishment says until 12, she can’t just deny service.
Love the food but the service is horrible not sure how they can stay in business place is practically empty horrible services

Took 20 minutes to seat us at lunch with nobody else waiting. No hostess at counter server yelled across restaurant whose next how many. Then it took 10 more minutes to get our drink order and order food at same time waitress never came back to check on us or refill our drinks never got a check had to rush to counter while waitress was ringing up someone else so I didn't have to wait another 15 minutes. All in all I think the problem is staffing or management, not the waitress fault when they pull triple duty, management should be on the floor helping hard to run a decent restaurant with two waitress one cook at a lunch hour.

I’ve ordered Nachos from this Dennys before. NEVER has any employee actually put the cheese and toppings on top of the nachos for a DoorDash order until today. Normally the employees with COMMON SENSE, put all the toppings/cheese on the side/in containers so the chips are not SOGGY AND DISGUSTING by the time they get to the customer. The employee did this knowing, by the time I received the order.. Dennys would be closed. Dennys is already going out of business and this is the reason WHY. Smh, hire better.

If I could give zero I would. Order completely wrong whenever I order pick up or delivery. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else for breakfast.

We used to come here all the time (live close by) the last 4 times we’ve came it’s been trash. Service and food. They also decided to have the same hours as Waffle House sit in. But they don’t take orders at all. From 3 to 6am.
