This was my first time and I ordered turkey burger/w fries, mango lemonade and crab eggroll($23) Order took over 20 mins, order came in a very small brown bag (no fries) then guy brought me some cold fries after I asked when my fries. waited another 5-8 mins. Support our own they say…..Service was 2/10.
Do better(OWNER), especially after I said something about my food and cold fries. NOT WORTH $23

This establishment has walk-up service only. You self orderon a touch screen. Liked and Enjoyed the service provided by the front window staff. Self-Ordering on that screen was a challenge, especially with the bright sunlight. But how the program is set up was the confusing part.
The hotdog was great. Loved the spicy chili on top! But the hamburger was undercooked.
I may revisit for another hotdog when in the area.

Doug at the front gave me great service, exceptional attitude,and positivity all over.Kindly took my order ever recommended this amazing pineapple lemonade! Out of this world come check em out!

Turned my whole day around, absolutely amazing. I got the $5 dawg special which I went on Doug's recommendation he said I would really like so i went for it, I got it with chili, onion & mustard (small upcharge) I mean it caught me off guard how good it was. I will definitely return & have Doug make me more. Check them out apparently the building had an electrical issue that also affected them & this is first day back since memorial day. 5 stars, thanks Doug you really turned an awful day into an awesome one, best wishes

We were so disappointed by this. It was my first time going and probably my last.My boyfriend ordered from the kiosk at the restaurant. We ordered lemon pepper tenders with honey mustard and ranch, cheese fries. Then a fish sandwich with bbq sauce. For drinks we wanted two pineapple lemonades.They had no lemonade so we had to get canned sprite, no honey mustard and no ranch. The bbq sauce was missing from the sandwich. The cheese was missing from the fries. The lemon pepper tenders had no lemon pepper and they were also not tenders but nuggets instead.To make matters worse when we returned for a refund, we were told by Jared that because we paid with a card, we would need to call the owner in order to receive a refund. He gave my boyfriend a phone number. We called and received no answer and no call back.We had such high hopes, but cannot recommend this restaurant at all.Update: The owner never got back to us. So basically they took our money.

this is what my food was given to me in and it was loosely wrapped in foil.. The sanitation score has dropped.. this was my last time patronizing a business that doesn’t care themselves.

I don’t know if it’s under new management or what but this is not the same food. I could’ve made this at home.

I’ve heard so many good things about Derita Dairy Bar and was sooo excited to try. Spent a long time looking over the menu on the ordering tablet at the window and decided on chicken tenders and a chocolate milkshake ($17 total). My friend ordered 2 hot dogs, fries, a lemonade, and a milkshake. Total cost was over $40 which seemed a little hefty, but I understand a local place is going to cost a little more. After our order was placed we were told the ice cream machine was down and we were offered an Italian ice or loaded fries as a replacement. My friend and I both chose loaded fries and were understanding. We waited in the car for about 5 mins before receiving a text that there was no chicken for chicken tenders. I went back to the ordering tablet and looked around and decided on a turkey burger instead.We ended up getting my friends order of 2 hot dogs, fries, and a drink and I got my turkey burger and we got 1 order of loaded fries. I was slightly disappointed because I figured being that we both paid $7-8 for a milkshake we would both receive a replacement. My turkey burger was delicious and flavorful, the hot dogs were wonderful according to my friend, and the fries were good as well. It was just disappointing to not receive any of the food I actually ordered and paid for and feel we did not get the value for the $40+ meal we paid for. The staff was very very nice through this all, it was just a disappointing situation. Hoping to come back and be able to try the tenders and shake I was looking forward to!

Well seasoned but does not look like the pictures also the sandwich was alittle salty. I was very disappointed in my chili cheese fries. My sandwich was dry also and they gave me a tiny slice of lettuce.
