Pizza was good. Not the worst. Not the best. The service was terrible. Not very welcoming and did not generate a good atmosphere. Was told the pizza we ordered would have too many toppings on it to add more, and it came out with minimal toppings. Salad was great.

The pizza was delicious. It wasn't busy so I can't speak to how well the service is when it's full of ppl but they were eager to serve and very kind. We will definitely go back again.

Over priced. Spend $80 on large pep pizza, salad, 3 meatballs and 3 drinks. Pizza was burnt, salad wasn’t good. They will not allow you to customize your pizza. Atmosphere is terrible. On a Saturday night they didn’t have any of the 3 TVs on and no background music. Do not recommend and will not be returning. Will be surprised is this place is open a few months from now.

The pizza would’ve have been 5 stars had there not been so many burnt pieces. Agree with others, would likely eat take out than dine in again. Staff weren’t friendly inside reminds me of a cafeteria. We went right before the dinner rush on a Friday and it was empty.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Raw dough ball. Soggy. Not worth even giving it another chance. A huge disappointment. I have never given a one Star rating in my life. Today is the first. I now understand why the place is empty at 5:00.

I went a month ago with husband and son during the day at a non busy time. The place looked empty with only two other families in the restaurant. Waited quite some time to receive our pizza only to lift a slice and everything fall of the bread..cheese, slid right off..sauce was like water and the cooks just watched it occur as I glanced over at them when it happened. Needless to say won’t be going back and we left hungry and unsatisfied.

This place has no business charging people for pizza making classes. Should not be teaching people how to make bad pizza. Pizza dough from the little I could taste that wasnt burnt tasted like it was made that morning with no real fermentation process. Under carriage was burnt. A good char is one thing but burnt is burnt. Couldn't really taste actual pizza under all the chunks of raw uncooked garlic. Just sloppy to claim to be that good.

Pizza was super greasy and just flopped. Char on top and bottom but had no crisp to it at all. Beick oven with fire and no crisp. This was definitely not worth $28 !!!

We couldn’t believe that were not serve because they were closing in 30 minutes.
That’s the most ridiculous thing we’ve ever heard in a restaurant, specially Friday night. We are regular customers and we always had great customer service except today.

The only reason we’ve given this place repeat business is because the pizza, while expensive, is usually pretty good. However the restaurant itself is absolutely filthy. Tables aren’t bussed, dirty dishes sitting around everywhere on tables and the bar, tables are sticky and dirty, water dispensers empty…and they now use styrofoam plates instead of glass or paper. The restrooms are also disgusting. The employees are rude and never in a rush, especially the girl taking orders who is only standing at the front half the time. Usually she’s in the back on her phone and customers have to wait to order until she decides to show up at the counter. We ordered two pizzas and it took no less than 45 minutes. Absurd! This restaurant used to be well run years ago but has gone downhill severely. We will be going elsewhere from now on. Plenty of good pizza options in Charlotte!

I have never had a restaurant kill my mood so fast. I went at 7:45 on a Thursday. Should have had a beer special, they had already stopped serving alcohol. There urinal and both sinks in the men’s restroom were out of order.
After we finished our pizza, which was actually quite good, they came up and asked if the new pizza they had was ours? So I guess we got the wrong “sausage and cheese” pizza.
Overall, I would order it online, but never go in person if you can help it. The taste of the pizza is the only reason for the second star.

This pizza is the best pizza in Charlotte! You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and it is cooked to perfection. Very authentic! The atmosphere is comfortable and family-oriented as well. Highly recommend!

The bartender Sam was very friendly to talk to. My boyfriend, and I ordered a pizza. The service was fast, and the pizza had great flavor. We will definitely be back to visit.
