I had a very good Hot Chocolate!
I stop in to buy a drink. The man said 2 dollars. Instead, he made up his mind to make it 3. On top of this, the drink was barely cold.

Sorry but so overpriced for mediocre coffee and didn’t seem the preparation of the coffee was very sanitary, didn’t help there was something black in my lid 🥲

Poor service w/ (bad) attitude Sat 12/14 130 pm. Made several to go soda customers stand in long custom coffee line (customers left) even though cashier was stand idle while worker made array of custom coffees. I suggest better plan and better customer service training. Goodbye Dilworth.

One of the worst Cappuccino :-(
Cashier/barista wasn’t too friendly. I got the wild berry smoothie which was overly sweet, I could hardly finish a quarter of it. My bf got a black coffee which was nice and strong but was so hot it needed to be double cupped and double sleeved in order to be held. That probably wouldn’t be an issue for people who use enough creamer to cool the coffee down.

We come almost every weekend here. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are delicious and at a great price. The staff is very kind and support other local businesses. Love love coming here.
I recently visited Dilworth Coffee Shop and was appalled by the hygiene standards. The cashier/barista, a woman working behind the counter, repeatedly wiped her nose with the inside of her shirt. What’s worse, she made absolutely no attempt to wash her hands before continuing to prepare customers’ beverages. This lack of basic sanitary practices was deeply concerning and utterly unacceptable. I couldn’t bear to stay in line; I left immediately and took my business elsewhere. It’s alarming to think of the health risks such negligence could pose to unsuspecting customers. A coffee shop visit should be a pleasant experience, not a distressing one due to poor hygiene.

The female cashier/barista behind the counter kept wiping her nose with the inside of her shirt and made no effort to wash her hands. She continued to make customer’s beverages. I left the line and took my business elsewhere.
