I like it here. Drinks are good and staff is usually friendly.

Only downside is that it always smells very strongly of cleaning chemicals

MONSTER. BOBA. LATTE. That is all ? Plus it’s one of the few boba places that deliver in 15 min or less (a lot average 40-50 min just for some tea!!)

Very peaceful and beautiful inside! Great boba as well

The boba is usually pretty good and the place is always clean but 9 times out of 10 they do not have boba. I will never understand how a BOBA CAFE does not have boba. Almost every time I go, they say they don’t have any boba. They have the tea but no boba. This is the most disappointing part about the whole place ok top of the servers not being at all happy to help customers. Once in a blue moon when they have boba, it’s quite good, otherwise this place is disappointing. Better spend your boba money elsewhere.

Atmosphere: I wish the inside was colder. It's not uncomfortably warm but wish it was cool inside.
Food: ordered classic milk tea. **Ding Tea does not come with tapioca pearls as default. You must order it extra. Wish the tapioca balls were softer and chewier.

I was there for a boba milk tea. Finally I found they serve honeydew milk tea. Requested them to make it extra sweet and extra tapioca. It was awesome.

Ok, so I had never been here before and wanted to stop by and see if they had Vietnamese coffee (they do not). Walked in and was not busy at all, so the girl behind the counter immediately greeted us and was just waiting for us to order. Now she was just standing there waiting and that makes me nervous so I quickly just tried to order some forms of coffee drink. I ended up ordering a large Vanilla flavored coffee drink and a Chai tea. Now the Boba balls do not come with the drink, that is extra (which is weird bc usually those drinks come with it). I didnt realize until after I ordered that you can tell them how much ice you want and also the sugar level you would like in your drink (extra, normal, less, slightly...etc) so unfortunately I DID not like my drink at all. I wish I could have just taken the time out to look through the menu or all of the signs they had taped with all the information to help you order. Also, I feel like the girl behind the counter could've helped me out or explained things better as she did see me get flustered and I asked questions but she looked rather annoyed that I didn't know what to order. Idk I may return, but not in a rush.

The service is horrible and very rude, I ordered a boba tea and it was disgusting, the sorbets broke, never enter this place

I wish the cashier would've been enthusiastic to want to help us, instead of making us feel stupid for not knowing what was inside the drinks. The Boba shop on Cherry Rd, in Rock Hill, was more happy to recommend to us drinks and tell us what was inside the drinks. The Rock Hill one actually helped us and asked us how we liked the drink and helped us customize our drinks to our liking. But inside here, the girl made me feel dumb for not knowing the drinks from THIS specific location, which I let her know that it was our first time here. She proceeded with her faces. As soon as we were done with ordering, she left the register and sat down with another female on their computers. I won't be coming back.
