Roomy, and comfortable setting. The cashier had mistaken my order for jasmine green tea for milk tea. He quickly made up for it and even gave me the milk tea on the house! Truly great customer service! Definitely will be back for more!

Tucked in a shopping mall near the Charlotte Premium outlets, Ding Tea is my new bubble tea spot. Drinks are customizable. If you are unsure of what to order Ding Teas list their most popular teas on one of their boards. The employees are helpful and always friendly. Oh... and their photo op area is just the cutest!

By far, Ding Tea is one of the best bubble tea establishments!

The “thai tea” tastes like straight milk. It has no flavor whatsoever. I used to really like this place because it’s a 5-minute drive but they’re not as good as before and the girls working there are rude and not welcoming at all.

My students wanted a boba party as their reward and this place accommodated for the big order, gave me a great discount, helped me carry the order to my car (in the rain), and were just fantastic in communicating! My students loved it and I definitely did too!

the drinks aren’t as good as before, the employees are always looking upset/annoyed. But that one girl named Marie, is always kind, helpful, and positive.

Used to be so good, now it’s just watery. What happens to this place?

Horrible service! They don’t greet you, or make you feel welcomed. Traveling from Virginia and the experience was horrible. Will not be coming back

I like it here. Drinks are good and staff is usually friendly.

Only downside is that it always smells very strongly of cleaning chemicals

MONSTER. BOBA. LATTE. That is all ? Plus it’s one of the few boba places that deliver in 15 min or less (a lot average 40-50 min just for some tea!!)

The boba is usually pretty good and the place is always clean but 9 times out of 10 they do not have boba. I will never understand how a BOBA CAFE does not have boba. Almost every time I go, they say they don’t have any boba. They have the tea but no boba. This is the most disappointing part about the whole place ok top of the servers not being at all happy to help customers. Once in a blue moon when they have boba, it’s quite good, otherwise this place is disappointing. Better spend your boba money elsewhere.

Atmosphere: I wish the inside was colder. It's not uncomfortably warm but wish it was cool inside.
Food: ordered classic milk tea. **Ding Tea does not come with tapioca pearls as default. You must order it extra. Wish the tapioca balls were softer and chewier.

I was there for a boba milk tea. Finally I found they serve honeydew milk tea. Requested them to make it extra sweet and extra tapioca. It was awesome.
