Ok, so I had never been here before and wanted to stop by and see if they had Vietnamese coffee (they do not). Walked in and was not busy at all, so the girl behind the counter immediately greeted us and was just waiting for us to order. Now she was just standing there waiting and that makes me nervous so I quickly just tried to order some forms of coffee drink. I ended up ordering a large Vanilla flavored coffee drink and a Chai tea. Now the Boba balls do not come with the drink, that is extra (which is weird bc usually those drinks come with it). I didnt realize until after I ordered that you can tell them how much ice you want and also the sugar level you would like in your drink (extra, normal, less, slightly...etc) so unfortunately I DID not like my drink at all. I wish I could have just taken the time out to look through the menu or all of the signs they had taped with all the information to help you order. Also, I feel like the girl behind the counter could've helped me out or explained things better as she did see me get flustered and I asked questions but she looked rather annoyed that I didn't know what to order. Idk I may return, but not in a rush.

I wish the cashier would've been enthusiastic to want to help us, instead of making us feel stupid for not knowing what was inside the drinks. The Boba shop on Cherry Rd, in Rock Hill, was more happy to recommend to us drinks and tell us what was inside the drinks. The Rock Hill one actually helped us and asked us how we liked the drink and helped us customize our drinks to our liking. But inside here, the girl made me feel dumb for not knowing the drinks from THIS specific location, which I let her know that it was our first time here. She proceeded with her faces. As soon as we were done with ordering, she left the register and sat down with another female on their computers. I won't be coming back.

The boba tea is always delicious whenever I stop in. The staff are nice, but don't always greet you. The store is clean and bright! The only real downside is, I'm not sure what air freshener or cleaner they are using, but it's always so strong when I go in and I can't wait to get my drink and leave.
Ding Tea is one of my favorite boba to go to. The milk tea is absolutely amazing and I would always go to the one at Greenville, SC. HOWEVER!! The service here was terrible!! I think it was either a Hispanic or Arabian girl that took my order and she was like really rushing. She also needed to speak up because I couldn't hear her at all!! Came there on 12/3/23 around noon and order a passion fruit black tea and told her everything on ice and sugar level and then she immediately said the total. Like the fuck, you're to suppose to ask the customer if they're done order, I had another one I wanted to order like the fuck. I didn't tip at all. Rude service 0/10. It was only me and my sister so it's NOT LIKE IT WAS BUSY!!

The Thai tea taste nothing close to Thai tea flavor, very disappointed in that.
Never a disappointment at ding tea. I got my usual, monster latte. Delicious . I also tried a new drink I haven't had before. Lychee with aloe Vera. It was very refreshing, perfect for a hot day.

Very cute and quaint place to go and enjoy a nice drink. I got mine to go since I was in a rush, but I got the monster boba latte and it was absolutely delish and refreshing. I would certainly go back and maybe take the time to sit and read a book while enjoying a nice drink.
