The service was good. The steak I had was very good but stay away from the “chef special” fish. It’s basically fish skin & nothing more. My husband had to make something to eat when we got home. It was as thin as a piece of paper. A $35 piece of paper. I would recommend Oak just up the street, you don’t need to cook when you get home if you eat there.

Our food was incredible. The service was so great. We sat outside and when it got chilly after dinner, we asked to be moved inside and they were so accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Really good burger and southern dishes. They have great choices of wine. The area is nice that you can have dinner in one place and move to next place super easy. Very good vibes

The cocktails and punch were excellent. Service was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed shareable dumplings and duck, pickles, shrimp ceviche and fries and ranch. Entrees of scallops and golden rice, wagyu beef, tagliatelle, and Amber Jack fish were all excellent. You do pay for what you get.

The food came after several requests. Duck&D. very good.Medium ribeye rare and too chewy for $55. No Ruth's Chris here. Scallops too salty. Medium Wagyu was raw. Mac&cheese=very.good side, but was that BacoBits on top? Overall= overpriced and underserved.Very disappointing.

Great Southern food in Phillips Square. Place was buzzing on Thanksgiving Eve. Lots of really good Low Country dishes. Lots of exposed wood and brick. Low light and warm , knowledgable staff. Definitely want to come back here again!

We tried the tasting menu at the Chef’s table tonight with wine pairings and wow for a couple it was incredible entertainment with the most spectacular food! Entire team was so friendly and willing to answer questions and really made us feel special! This is our new Go To spot!! Thank you

Ate here during the time of Corona. Place was clean and staff/owners were very friendly. Everything was very fresh and very good...not quite excellent but very good. My dad had scallops and loved them, mom had chicken. I had the pork. It was cooked well with a beautiful presentation...but I felt like it was missing something. The bottom garnish was very salty and the strawberry relish didn’t give enough sweet to balance. We started with Pimento spread...also very good-little greasy, but not quite excellent. Over all a nice meal, I would enjoy trying it when the menu changes.

We have eaten at Dogwood several times (lunch & dinner) every meal has exceeded our expectations the food is always excellent, the service is great & the atmosphere is very welcoming. I liked it so much that I signed up for their email news letter. So glad I did. Yesterday I received an excellent message from the owners with regards to the current situation with the Virus & what they are doing to protect employees & customers. They also created a TAKE OUT FOOD OPTION with a 20% discount for those that want to eat at home. What a great idea to provide FANTASTIC food for those that need or want to stay home. I know we will be going to their multiple times over the next few weeks to support a good local business

We had an absolutely delicious meal here while on a work trip. My local colleague raved about the food and after eating there I agree! We ordered a few small plates to share in addition to our mains. The brussel sprouts were amazing and the macaroni and cheese was so good! There were also rave reviews for the bacon jam. The cocktails options were varied and the wine and beer list also sufficient. I was very impressed with our server as well. He was on top of everything but never too much. He knew the menu perfectly and offered to make substitutions based on our preferences. Great experience.

Had a wonderful experience at Dogwood Southern Table. The service and ambiance were excellent. We were fortunate to have gone on a night when the Tomahawk Choo was available. One of the best pork chops I have ever had. Highly recommended!
