I got the pork summer rolls and the dipping sauce was good but the pork was dry and lacking in flavor.
The beef pho was really good. Tasty broth and good amount of meat and noodles. I asked for chili oil and a little goes a long way and it was good. Not overwhelming.
The Thai tea is good, it's just very milky.

When I tell you the customer service was fast, efficient and sincere. I mean it. The pho was neatly packaged for my Togo order. The place was clean and the service was top notch. Please stop by and support this business. When I tell you the customer service was so refreshing and the food was amazing. I got the chicken pho and it was definitely what the doctor ordered.

One of our favorite Vietnamese places in Charlotte! Diverse menu with lots of different options, great beef pho, good bun bo hue, and pork rolls! Good meat to noodle ratio in the soups as I don’t feel like they skimp on anything. We have been here several times and the service is always good.
Recommend if you are in the area!

The shopping mall can have some interesting characters at night. Just use common sense and it is fine.

Doan’s is our favorite restaurant in Charlotte. The staff is so kind, and the food is literally UNMATCHED! We’ve become regulars and are sure to bring friends and family when they are in town. Be sure to check out this hidden gem! Try the Singapore noodles or pho, you won’t be disappointed!

Food was good. The chicken broth is amazing. Service was very rushed. Was asked 3 times if we were ready while I was still looking at the menu within 5 minutes of sitting down. Was looking to try something new but defaulted to my standard pho due to the pressure unfortunately.

Delicious Vietnamese food with an extensive menu! We always get great service from very kind staff! I highly recommend the crispy egg noodles and Vietnamese coffee! Excellent selection of vegetarian dishes as well!

Sometimes we forget to give reviews on places that we love because we feel like great food and great service should be automatic. We all know that great food spots come a dime a dozen. Doan's has the best Pho that I've had in Charlotte since my favorite spot shut down! Never took a second to leave a review.
