Welcoming restaurant! The interior was cozy and felt like home. We enjoyed our meals. We had the white clam pasta, red sauce ham pasta, and the veal dish. I don't remember the exact names but everything we had was delicious! We opted for the homemade pasta and it was worth it. I am still dreaming about the white clam pasta. Dessert was amazing too. We had the lemon cake and pistachio cheesecake, which I believe was limited time. Service was friendly and swift, until the restaurant was packed and service was a little slower. But who can blame them! The food was amazing. We walked, so I can't say much for the parking. Overall, we would definitely stop by again for pasta if we are ever back in Charlotte!

Excellent service and value for amazing, authentic Italian.

Very cute Italian restaurant with tons of charm, classic Italian music playing and the food! Hands down the best lasagna we've ever devoured. The calamari was sauted and not breaded, which was very light and refreshing. It's a must visit for anyone looking for a rewarding culinary experience.

Traveling by motorcycle from Wisconsin and was looking for some incredibly tasty food for our night out. We found it! We got the special beef ravioli, mussels appetizer, sorrento and carbonara… All amazing!! Our server (he wouldn’t tell us his name😂) was super fun, silly and sarcastic just like we love. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite Italian spots in charlotte! The wine list is incredible and all of their food is so delicious!!

Great evening out to celebrate our anniversary. From start to finish, everything was great. Our server Fernando was very knowledgeable about wine and the menu. He answered all our questions and made suggestions for both the wine and meal. We enjoyed the Mussel Appetizer, the Shrimp Genovese, and the Pasta with Cream Sauce and Sausage. Fresh pasta, great flavors, we finished it all. I would definitely recommend Dolce Osteria for a special occasion or just a great Italian meal.

Every bite felt crafted with care. The risotto was a standout.

It's decent but don't expect much from the ravioli. You only get 4 mid sized squares. For the price you pay, you would expect to receive at least 5 or 6. But hey, you can always ask for more bread....

Service was alright and atmosphere was nice.

A very enjoyable experience with great food, wine, and service. I grew up in an Italian family so I know the real deal and this is it.

Great experience. I was told its some of the best in Charlotte. Food was amazing, my favorite was the Chicken Marsala and the meatballs! Everything we had was great, staff was welcoming and super friendly. Would recommend to someone who wants a more authentic take on Italian in Charlotte.

I wanted to like it based on the reviews but the food was just okay. I felt bad bringing family from out of town for the service to be subpar. We made a reservation for a Saturday night and were seated quickly but it seemed like they were understaffed. The waitress was nice but it took her a while for her to get to us and the food runners were visibly overwhelmed and tired.
