I have ordered on a Friday night and a middle of a week day and every time it takes nearly double the amount of estimate time it says it will. Service is terrible.

This has to be a joke. I have no issues with this place until recently. It has been nothing but issues and disrespect. I placed an order about a week ago and it took 1hr and 30 minutes for my pizza to be delivered. So complained so I received a coupon for a free pizza. I used it today to see if they could redeem themselves. The answer is no, they can't. It's been just about an hour and they still haven't make the pizza!! It's one pizza and some ranch. I called the store and they said it wasn't made yet and it was going to be another 20-30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn't take an hour to make a pizza and put in the oven. I done with this store. Everyone here is disrespectful and have no concept of time. I have never in my life had this many issues with dominos until now. DO BETTER.

Refuse to make a pizza that I asked to put a certain topping that they sell, but because they couldn’t do it, even though another person has done it with no issue whatsoever in the past yet refused service to me because I asked to add olives to my pizza. What pizza place refuses service because they don’t wanna add olives to the pizza. 🤯🤯

The manager is completely rude. I called requesting who I was speaking with regarding a redemption of rewards, when asking for her name I was given "the manager". I then came into the store and surely her presentation of customer service sucked in person. She is not friendly, just last week I order 5 pizzas from another lady who was answering the phone and it was her customer service that made me return. Had I known I would deal with such rudeness I wouldn't had returned. I will not be returning going forward nor ordering from here again. However the short lady with blonde hair helped us instead at the end of our order and she was very nice.
This got to be the worse place to eat at I eat out a lot but when I tell you this got the worst pizza and I normally go to this Domino’s all the time but on yesterday this place broke me when on the inside to order no one don’t say nothing that was my my sign to leave but I didn’t pizza was brun and cold why would you guys sell pizza’s to anybody but just know there are other pizza places that do a much better job I’m done with Domino’s

My pizza was burnt and chicken taste old. I ordered sauces for my chicken and didn’t even receive them. My food was not hot at all. I’m very disappointed because I only eat at dominos on Sharon amity and I decided to do the plaza and I’m so angry. I wanted to make a complaint last night when I got the food but no one would answer the phone at all!!!!!!!!!! I want my money back but I’m sure they won’t do it

The food at this location is good. If you n order over the phone, there is no problems. If you order in person, it's like the short lady working the register, can't hear. I cannot tell you how many times we have ordered 2 or more items and she only hears one. And then acts like it is your fault she can't hear or pay attention to the order. So that means, if you want your full order, you have to wait on the second item to cook. I wish I could remember her name. She is only about 5ft tall with short hair. She needs more training
