Visited this location on a Wednesday at 6:30pm. Walked through the door and stood at the counter for a long 10 minutes. I was never addressed, never welcomed, never acknowledged, and nobody ever even asked me for my order.

I know, I should have known... but it was 9:45pm when I wanted food and Dominos was the only pizza place open. To spare you the back and forth: 1) It came nearly 1 hour after they said it would 2) Half the order was missing 3) Delivery guy didn't acknowledge, but when I asked him about it said "We ran out of salad. You can call the store to get a credit." 4) Called store, the manager Lela said, "You can call back tomorrow to get a partial refund." 5) Of course, my pizza was also delivered cold. I also brought this up. She called me a liar and then proceeded to tell me she had over 2 hour wait times. (How does that reconcile?)
I felt rather than burning more of my time chasing my money back, I decided to write this note.

We ordered pizzas for lunch for our dental practice. Our delivery driver, Ricky, was so sweet and went above and beyond by placing our pizzas on our break room table. The pizzas were hot and delicious and delivered promptly. We couldn't ask for better service!

Good take out spot. I had not tried national chain pizza in a while, but I had seen in a couple of blogs that Dominoes got good ratings regarding their reworked recipes. Sometimes when I went to Blumenthal or the Spectrum Center almost all restaurants were closed by the time I got out of the parking deck. So, it worked great that they were open to 1 am. The Spinach and Feta and Pacific Veggie Pizzas appealed to me. Sometimes, my pizza was not quite ready when I arrived, but the 2 people working were working hard but they maybe just needed a 3rd person on the weekend. Pizza was really good. Highly recommend.

Very unorganized establishment! Waiting 50 minutes for a two topping medium pizza, The pizza tracker notified me that my pizza was done so I head to the store just to be told it would take 15 more minutes, I waited 15 minutes go back in to check and was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. We’re now at 25 minutes when i was told the pizza was ready. that additional 10 minutes turned into 25 minutes!! finally receiving the pizza 50 minutes later it’s not even made to my order, No extra sauce, no butter on the crust, not well done (because the dough was chewy) So i waited for a pizza i Cant even finish to eat because its terrible. This store seriously needs to be revamped or new management because this visit today was very unorganized and it was super inconvenient for me. 0/10 I do not recommend this location.

I’ve probably ordered about sixty pizzas from this place and am sad to say that the service and quality as of late has been nosediving. Some of the staff keeps the old standard but a lot of new folks make gross pizzas that for the second time now has me throwing out the whole pie. Look elsewhere until they fix whatever has gone wrong.
Every time I order at this dominos the line is "busy and the manager isn't available.
