I tried to give this location a pass when I saw a huge roach crawling on their walls during pick up, but TODAY takes the cake……!!!
I don’t know who Domino’s is hiring or what they’re hiring for, but the level of customer service I just experienced was absolutely unacceptable. I understand this is often a job for high schoolers and young adults—cool, I get it. But basic professionalism shouldn’t be optional.
I called to make a simple change to my order. It took 10 minutes for anyone to even pick up the phone. When someone finally did, they hung up on me as soon as I started to speak. I called back immediately, and they answered the phone and sat in pure silence before hanging up again! Seriously?
The third time I called, the same girl FINALLY picked up, and instead of a proper greeting, she just hit me with a dry, half-dead “hello”, as if I interrupted her nap. No “Thanks for calling Domino’s,” no professionalism, just straight-up attitude. AND THEN she starts huffing and puffing so loud that I thought she was having a dang asthma attack!
I was trying to explain the changes I needed for my order, and she had a major attitude as if I was her ex-boyfriend who won’t stop calling her! Like little girl… relax, I’m just trying to get the food that I already paid for.
I don’t care if someone’s making $7.25 or $17.25 an hour, customer service is customer service. You don’t get to treat people like trash just because you don’t want to be at work!
This location is trash—and it clearly attracts trash energy and trashy employees.

Ok prices ate way too high an there was no in store deals for walkins it was all online asking questions got very short answers like I was annoying 😂 so had too look up everything online got frustrated at the fact for 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings almost 40 dollars but went to why not pizza got an extra large same toppings 25 dollars wow

I ordered deluxe 14 inch pizza no meat on pizza. I paid for meat so add the meat lots of onions and peppers but no meat. Poor quality

Tbh if yall would stop over working your ppl for $9 an hr and pay drivers more this location could be better. I see why yall dont wanna work now. Food is passable but yall keep canceling my orders last minute always over a driver when you knew you didnt have one when my order was placed fo better as a company

I will start by saying it was an auntie evening of babysitting and we decided to call Domino's to place an order for a small kids cheese + a medium cheese pizza. I placed the order as I was headed that way and I kid you not, after arriving 5 to 7 minutes later it was prepared and ready for pickup. We were greeted as we walked in but that was the extent of it. The atmosphere was accommodating as they had the standard bench for waiting on to-go orders. I would return for another babysitting night the food was hot prepared well.

I even asked if everything was in my order and they confirmed but ended up missing ranch dressing and i have to eat my wings i paid without ranch and no one answered the phone so disappointing. When you pay for a service and dont meet the standards why be in service?

Absolutely trash. Imagine, placing an order, driving 15 mins for pick up, and when you get there. Your order hasn’t been started. You then sit in your car for 10 mins in front of the store watching the ladies chit chat inside. Your order still hasn’t been started. Then, when you walk inside, see no other orders on the board, and they tell you they’ve been busy? Lie. I watched you not be busy. You just didn’t do your job. Then, after another 20 mins of waiting your order is finally done! Joy! But wait. They didn’t even make the Parmesan bites you paid for! 10 more mins they say! Unbelievable. We left without the bites and will not be ordering from here again.

We placed our order in front of the store, the girls working took 10 minutes alone in getting the dough in the pans. It wasn’t until 10 minutes in that I went in to check how much longer it would be. After waiting for more time they finally went in the oven. 25 minutes later they were finally ready in the tracking app. They immediately bypassed the rest of them steps. I went in to collect my order and they weren’t even out of the oven yet. They then tell me it will be an additional 7 minutes because they forgot part of my order. At that point it had been well over 30 minutes. They were rude and blasting inappropriate music on top of it all. I understand wanting to chat with your coworker but it was very inconsiderate of us and our time. Especially when there weren’t any orders before ours and only one that was placed after for a single pizza.
