I love this location. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, I never have to wait long, and I love the app! It’s fun to keep track of your points and they add up fast! Unlike other apps that take forever to unlock something… It also gives you access to daily coupons which are simple and easy to apply. Thanks for the outstanding service 🙏🏻

I had bad experiences on my orders with this store especially the service is worst on Fridays. My order is curbside and waited 1 hour even it looks like order was ready but i wasn't aware that my order was ready and no one dropped my order curbside. I tried to reach them couple of times but no body pickup my call. I was monitoring in front of store. My understanding that the staff doesn't care about the customers and looks like intentionally not picked up the calls related to questions only picking up calls for orders. The order which I placed Pizza's gets cold since 1 hour delayed to drop my Pizza at curbside which I feels like irresponsibility and bad customer service especially with this store. My kids totally disappointed. I would recommend Domino's but not recommend with this store.

2025, Update: I used to frequent this location regularly—it was a great spot to stop and order pizza for my family. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and taste of pizza has changed. While some staff members remain friendly, Kayla’s attitude was disappointing and not what I’m used to from what was once a welcoming environment. It’s also disheartening to see more negative reviews than usual. I will not be returning!!

They don’t even make an effort to check if it is delivered to the correct address and apartment. The delivery drive Just dumped it somewhere. When trying to contact then was put on a perpetual hold never to talk with anybody

If you order online it’s always wrong, late, or they just cancel your order for no reason. If you go in to order you stand there for multiple minutes and no one acknowledges you. A few times the guy that’s helped me is so sweaty and dirty it’s gross. Customer service was s very poor.

Ordered pizza at 12:29 and got confirmation email at 12:29. I then got an email at 12:58 that the order was cancelled. I waited 30 minutes for pizza for my guest just for it to be cancelled 30 minutes after I ordered. If the kitchen closes 30 minutes before closed that should be disclosed to customers. I also called and the other line picked up and simply said “we’re closed” then hung up before I got a chance to say anything. Terrible customer service.

I've been on hold for a manager for 30 minutes waiting to talk about my order and to let them know that a different person and car are picking up the pizza. Unbelievable. And the website says Less Busy right now.
Only reason why I gave 3 stars is because when I walked in the store nobody acknowledged me. I was standing there waiting while every was busy doing something. They could have said “Give us one moment we’ll be right with you” but they didn’t.

The food isn't the worst Dominos I ever had, but it ain't that good. And this store frequently forgets to add all the toppings. I haven't had good customer service experience here either. The night employees including the manager, typically don't have a good attitude. The drivers are typically very great though! Just not the people inside the store. Don't even think about calling...because they don't answer the phones here. I was on the phone for about an hour waiting for someone to answer. Nobody ever did. Called back and waited another 20 mins. Nobody answered. Terrible customer service. I've used my rewards points to order a pizza, and the store canceled my order. Now granted, it was 11:30pm when I placed the order online...and the store closes at 12am. But I didn't get my rewards points back after they canceled the order. I only ordered 1 pizza. Im still waiting for my rewards points, I had to submit a claim. But I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this store...too many frequent, avoidable issues.

Can’t give more than a one star because I never received service. Placed an online order at around midnight and the order sat in queue until 1am until it was eventually cancelled. Can’t wait to have to dispute the credit card charge now! Next time I’ll order literally anything else.Thanks Dominos! Your inconsistency across locations is something to marvel at!
