I ordered tonight from here as my first time in this area and my food wasn’t even filled how it’s supposed to be. My dip was barely half way full, my bites were not in the proper boxes, and my pasta was barely half way full with only 3 pieces of chicken!! I always order from dominoes and this was by far the worst one i’ve ordered from…$30 down the drain for not even a filled container of food! And I tipped the driver with generosity of coming at midnight in this cold weather. Highly disappointed.

I ordered veggie pizza and cheese pizza with garlic dip with delivery but not got my garlic dip and I tried to called two times and holding phone more then 30 mints and I give up , I like my pizza with garlic dip only and today I didn’t enjoy pizza also and it’s was just warm not hot pizza so I am so disappointed today with my order after spending $ 35 plus 5$ tips .

I’ve been ordering from this place for about 2 years now and I’ve never had a problem. Good service and the food was always great… until today.
I placed a delivery order and about 30 minutes later the dominos app said it was delivered. However, there was nothing at my door. My doorbell camera showed nothing too. So I called the store and of course they said “oh it says it was delivered”, but the person I spoke to said to give it another 5 minutes and call back. Of course by this time 20 minutes had passed since the order was marked complete, but I decided to wait another 5 minutes. What a shock- nobody came so I called again. The guy said “it must’ve been a glitch. The delivery driver was making a 2 stop delivery so the app marked it as complete. I can see him on the map, he’ll be at your place in 10 minutes or so”. That was 55 minutes ago and the store is less than 3 miles away.
I’ll give Logan (my delivery driver) the benefit of the doubt and maybe it was a system glitch instead of him lying and just admitting it was delivered to the wrong address. Maybe it is possible for the app to mark a delivery as complete if the driver is making a 2 stop delivery. However, the person I talked to on the phone with (don’t remember his name) definitely lied when they said “oh I can see him on the map. He’ll be there soon”.
To me it does look absolutely terrible on their part. It looks like they lied about the delivery being dropped off at the wrong address, lied about an “app” glitch, and then lied about the delivery driver should be arriving in 10 minutes with my order. All they had to say was, “yeah it was delivered to the wrong address. We’ll send you another order”. That’s it. It would’ve late, but at least it would’ve been the truth.
I can’t give the food any stars because at the time of writing this it still hasn’t showed up yet. My order confirmation email said it should’ve taken 30-40 minutes. I ordered 2 hours ago. I had given a $4.71 tip on a $16 order too. What a waste.
I’d call again, for the 3rd time, but at this point if they do send me another order I’d be afraid to eat it.
Edit: yeah, food never came. Paid $20 for nothing. Bunch of liars.

Picked up a large 2 topping for $6.99 deal. One of the best pizzas I've had in a while. It was ready when I walken in and the staff were friendly!! Very clean store.

I ordered online for a delivery from the Rea road store in Charlotte, It said it would take 27 minutes. I never received an update. The tracker just kept saying it was being prepped when I called the store. The lady that answered the phone said the order was behind 2 other orders, and she had a 10 pie order in front of mine, and she was the only one in the store, so my delivery would be over an hour. They should update their customers if the orders are taking longer. than expected.

This place is the worst pizza spot in Charlotte. The level of unprofessionalism is unsurpassed. I went to pick up my pizza bc no one was answering the phone, and Brittany (store manager) others in the store locked the store 20 minutes before closing time and were hiding behind the counter so they didn’t have to work anymore. I never got my pizza.
