This place is the worst pizza spot in Charlotte. The level of unprofessionalism is unsurpassed. I went to pick up my pizza bc no one was answering the phone, and Brittany (store manager) others in the store locked the store 20 minutes before closing time and were hiding behind the counter so they didn’t have to work anymore. I never got my pizza.

Waited 15 minutes for carside delivery. Went in, was ignored for another 5 minutes standing at the register/door area by multiple staff only to find my food had just been sitting there for 20 minutes now. Mentioned the 2 minute carside guarantee and was laughed at. You don't care but I won't return.
Paid $57 and every single pie was wrong. Called to talk to the manager who employees said left and was nowhere to be found. Get it right or shut it down, pathetic.

I have ordered from Dominos numerous times with no problems. I always get friendly drivers and good food. The driver walked up to my door with an attitude and told me I ordered from the wrong store. When I type in my address, the website automatically picks the store, I didn’t pick this store. I could take my tip back I would, but I’ve done delivery before and understand the necessity of it. On top of all that my pizza was burnt in the middle. All the way thumbs down.

A friend and I ordered pizza and chicken wings from this location and the next morning we both woke up vomiting and with severe nausea. Pretty sure it was the chicken wings. Very disappointing that we got food poisoning from this location.

If you like waiting 3 hours for pizza, this is the place for you. Every time I give this place a chance, it's the same issue. Orders take hours and no explanation is given.
I had issues doing my order online, so had to call to place my order. They made it super easy. We order extra sauce on our pizza's and this place always makes it as ordered. I went in and the employee got my order for me. We have gone in at times when it’s been busy especially on a weekend, but worth the wait. Thank you to the manager and the employees! You guys are doing an AWESOME job!!!!

I picked up a large 3-topping pizza today 1/2/24. Brought it home and thought it tasted weird. Turned out that whoever made the pizza forgot the tomato sauce. Called the store, the employee said I need to bring the full pie back and she would make me another one.Good customer service would dictate the employee to offer refund or have one delivered. No good customer service at his pizza store.

Waited on hold for 22 minutes and 45 respectively after I had my pizzas delivered to me like the pictures below. I had to call in like I was trying to place an order, and they said they would fix it. Never saw the replacement nor heard from them againOwner commented on the post below: follow up email was sent and he has still not actually attempted to make this right
