Placed a delivery order. An hour later pizza still showing as in the quality check stage. Tried calling for 20 minutes but nobody answering phones. Can’t cancel order either as card already charged. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

It is not clear why the employees who prepare food do not wear a hairnet and handle food without gloves, it is not pleasant to even see this, let alone eat it!

Very very very slow. 5 minutes down the road takes an hour to deliver.

This is a good Dominos. If your pizza comes out bad it's because you had it delivered and that screwed it up.
I walk in and order it in person and then sit out in the parking lot for 10 minutes and wait on it. If you're going to do pick up anyway you might as well spend an extra 10 minutes to make sure it's hot and fresh and they see your face before they make it. Trust me.

It’s normal that takes about 20-30 min orders, but when went to pick the order cause wasn’t updated pick up, went 35 min later and was not placed yet to oven either. Also the sanitation rating it’s 97, but constantly see hairs on the pizza. The employees don’t wear hair net as mandatory in food handle preparations. Will be great if it’s placed as policy food safety.

If I could give this location a zero, I would have. I ordered a pan pizza with extra meat, well done and the pizza I got was not well done, did not feel like pan (felt more like a handtoss) with few meats. Also they dont cut the pizza well. It was horrible and I had to dump the whole thing. Their kitchen staff really need to learn how to make pan pizza and cut them properly. I dont reccomend this location at all and would never go there again. Aweful...

Today I place a pick up order, I send my brother to pick it up. He called me back and told me that they tell him there wasnt an order and send him to other place, then I called speak to manager and he told me that the order was ready, I call back my brother and they told him that they never had the order so they had to start making it. What it was supposed to be a quick pick up took more than one hour.

I went to this place a couple nights ago and waited 30 minutes after they texted me saying my order was ready. The place was crowded with coustomers experiencing the same issue. I thought it was a glitch in the system so was willing to give them another try. Tonight, I ordered from them again and the same situation happened. I arrived and waited 15 minutes this time, but still had to wait, for my pizza. I am honestly disappointed with their lack of speed in getting orders processed. There was no acknowledgment of me waiting for my order.

Pizza quality is very good. Wait time for take out has increased a lot since last month or so. They need to add more staff to cook pizza in busy hours .

I just left from there and it was amazing the guys were so kind and the service was awesome and the food is great they took the time to help me and made the viral pizza for me just great experience over all

Sorry, but the smell inside Dominoes was bad, and the pizza tasted terrible. However, the employees were great. I no longer get pizza from Little Caesars since new owners took over, for the same reason. Pizza hut uses less ingredients, but the taste is great. I will try Jet pizza or Papa John’s next time. Sorry domino’s.

Was told the pizza will be ready in 25 min. When I reached there the person said it will take another 25 minutes and was extremely rude. I have never seen such a bad service.

By far the most horrific Dominos location in the Charlotte metro area. The quality of the food is below subpar. The staff look half awake- it’s a shame I have to drive 6 miles down the road to the Indian Land location to receive great quality of pizza that dominos is renowned for.
