We always order pizza from this store location but not sure what was going on yesterday (03/10/2024) at 6pm. First, Carside means curb pick up but on the app, nowhere there was an option to select "I'm here", also not on the email. Its not a problem going inside the store to pick up, its false advertising that pissed me off.Second, the pizza tracker showed a different timing and when I reached there, it wasn't even started to bake so I had to go back a second time. My order was not even on the TV list and the cashier seemed least concerned and appeared all phased out as to what we were talking about.Third, there was an employee sitting and checking his phone while just one poor guy was rushing and doing all the work to cook and another cashier hustling to get orders out.Last, but not the least, pizza was completely COLD on pick up, not even warm. The idea of microwaving your fresh pizza is very annoying and ruins the fun out of it. We might as well have gotten a frozen pizza for lot less.Overall, we will have to reconsider ordering from this location in the future. Something is not right!

First time at this Dominoes. Ordered curbside pickup. Received text to put my hazard lights on so they know which vehicle to deliver. Notice a couple of other cars with hazard lights on and no one ever delivered. After waiting a while they went inside to pick up their order. So I did the same and explained my order was to be deliver curbside. I was told they don’t always look at that and to call them if that happens again. I understand we all get busy but what’s the point of offering curbside if you don’t even check the order.

Ordered the pizza and it said it’ll be ready in 13 mins. When I went to pick it up, the guy making the pizza said we ran out of sauce because the closing guy didn’t make enough. You have to wait 15 mins for that to be made. Then when they made the pizza, it’s now been 32 mins since I ordered. When they gave me the pizza, it was cut when I had ordered an uncut pizza. I spoke to the manager who didn’t show any care or courtesy with her checked out body language.She said take it up with corporate. Didn’t give me her name, which was actually Amanda that I found out on the app.She said if you want you’ll have to wait another 15 mins for us to make you a new one. This would’ve caused me to wait around 50 minutes for this extreme inconvenience. My toddler was in the car and we couldn’t wait any longer. Amanda - the manager didn’t agree not charge me due to this inconvenience when I asked.I paid and left with buyer’s remorse.Don’t recommend this location at all for the folks who absolutely don’t care for the customers that pay their paychecks.

I ordered a pizza and it showed it was delivered at 811pm but I didn't have it yet. After calling the store they asked me to wait a few more minutes because the driver was showing on the GPS in my neighborhood. At 824pm I hear a thud sound outside my front door. I open the door and my pizza is just laying on the ground. I open the box and it's a jumbled mess (see photo attached) so I promptly called the store to get a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I have always ordered from Pizza Hut. Lately, I have been super disappointed with the pizzas from Pizza Hut, so I decided to give Dominos a try. I will NEVER order pizza hut again. For being a fast food chain, I am certainly impressed. My order has been right, quick, HOT, and yummy every time. This store is always clean when I go in, and the staff is always happy to hear how much I appreciate the effort they put in each and every time. They are all super friendly. Christopher, our delivery guy, today was very nice. Keep up the good work yall!
Almost 30% of pizza didn’t have toppings (it was only base). Arrogant employees and I had to go twice to get what I had ordered online. I placed order for five pizzas, breadsticks etc for my daughter’s birthday party but it ended up being a very bad experience. Do not go there with any good expectation.

Called in a very simple order, one large pizza. Had to talk to a robot. Then went to pick up my order. There were two people working, very clearly busy, but neither acknowledged us or mentioned they'd be right with us. We stood there for almost 7 min before one person came over to ring us up.Neither person was wearing gloves while making or handling the food, even the person cutting the cooked pizzas in the boxes.Gross.

I've been coming to this location for the longest I can remember. I came in today and ordered a medium pizza for my son who loves Dominons, the young man who took my order was nice. After I paid he said it would be 25-30 minutes I said oh man I should called it in. Ok, are you shown before he said yes the young lady with no teeth in her mouth started yelling at me and said you don't see all these orders we have on the broad, I started I work here how I am supposed to know that? She began to yell at me telling me to get out!! Or she would call the police on me if I did not leave now. The young man who took my order came from behind the register got in my face, and started yelling in my face. It was unbelievable to watch. The toothless lady kept yelling me at to get the hell out of the restaurant or she would call the police. One of the guys making the pizza had to step into the situation to refund my money and he kept apologizing for their behavior towards me. I've never in 40 years ever experienced anything like this in my life. I am still in stock. I know people go through things. But, when I walked in she was lying on the counter on her phone. Just unbelievable. I do appreciate the other guy for stepping in and apologizing for their behavior. I hope this gets to the manager or owner of this establishment.

Do not recommend this Place and any Dominos pizza! Delivery guys scratched my car! I ordered pizza 12/16/2023 evening, it should be 1:10 for delivery, asking contactless delivery because we have small baby and it was already 9pm. After 1:40 hours delivery guys ring to my door and waiting. After few min i opened door, he was without mask and 1 feet from my door. First he asked " Would i give him TIPS"! I said no, after that he push for my hand already COLD pizza. AND after THAT scratched side on my car in driveway! I have video for that! Dominos it's OK? thanks for perfect service! BB
The food here is always good and they got friendly service and on top of that today I earned a free medium pizza.

I love this Domino’s. They always put plenty of toppings & cook the pizzas perfectly. This isn’t even the closest Domino’s to us but it’s worth a few more minutes of driving. The food is always ready within the time frame I’m given. Very appreciative of this place!
