Staying at hotel by airport. Over an hour to get food When estimate was about 30. Worst part: $9 salad had expiration date of today but it already expired. Package was blown up like a ballon. Lettuce grows. Tried but Could not eat it.

Today at 9:00 pm I ordered two pizzas, 8 pieces of chicken and a 2-liter Coca-Cola through the application, I was waiting, an hour after having ordered the pizza it marked me that it had already left the place and that it was on the way, half an hour later in the application it marked me that the order had been completed, I never received the pizza, I called the store and they did not answer me in a good way and they rudely hung up the phone. It's been three hours since I ordered it and so far I haven't received the order.

Placed an order at 9:49 and it said it would be delivered in 27-40 min. It has been 2 hours and 30 minutes still haven’t received my order and no one will answer at the restaurant. Order has been out for delivery for 30 minutes when my house is much closer than that. Very disappointing service from this location.

I placed online order as I am staying in Sheraton hotel. Tracker stated stated completed. Never received pizza. Driver left food at desk never called after leaving a 20% tip Called the store only to be treated like I was trying to steal a pizza. I had to call five times because they wouldn’t pick up the phone and left me on hold. One gentleman said the manager said you’re not getting a hot pizza or a refund you’re stuck with it. I asked to speak to the manager and told him the driver never called me. The pizza sat down at front desk I stated I either want a refund or new pizza he said hold on never came back to the phone. Do not by any means order from this restaurant. This restaurant is a bad Look on the Domino’s brand where they have worked so hard to re-image themselves, especially AJ the manager he needs to go through customer service classes. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER!!

Every time I try to place an order it says no delivery after dark it gets dark at 6 pm and I’m literally down the street
What an insane experience. I wish I had read the other reviews first. I ordered at 7:28, the tracker said it would be delivered in 35ish minutes. At 8:15, no pizza. So I called. And called. And called. Sometimes they answered, I could hear them talking, but they weren't talking to me. Sometimes they hung up without talking. Sometimes they just ignored it. At 8:40 a woman finally answered. It took her 10 minutes to figure out which order was mine, somehow every detail was wrong. She said they'd start making it now and deliver it in 30 minutes. 40 minutes later I get the text that the guy is on his way up. Thankfully my son was watching because the delivery guy tried to deliver it to the wrong room. He went out to tell the guy it was for room 420, the guy said he was at room 420. No...he was at 430. He was absolutely stoned out of his mind. What on earth is happening at this franchise??? At least we finally got pizza 2 hours later. No apology, no discount. And it almost got delivered to someone else. Insane.

Ordered online and selected option for pick up inside, not at the drive thru . Once there door is closed, I called and they said lobby is closed, only drive thru open Had to waste 30mn in drive thru to pick up something I ordered 30mn earlier Update your website if you don’t allow inside pick up. Drive thru is was not even available as an option online

I ordered pizza for my family and I at 9:07 pm and didn’t receive it until 11:45pm and on top of it all it was the wrong order how disrespectful. The pizza was also cold we didn’t even eat it . I will never recommend anyone to experience this place very AWFUL!!!!
