I don’t know what is going on at this location I have been leaving in the area for 4 yrs i always order from them the food is always good , warm , and fast delivery but for the past months they have been taking forever to delivery or made the order. It says an estimated time on the app for delivery but they take double than that and you call to check on them but they don’t resolved anything

I ordered a pan pizza, it was the dryest pizza we have ever had.. This pizza was very skimpy on the sauce, i.e the reason it was dry. Everyone was disappointed. It was a take out order, the box wasn't opened until we reached our destination. if we had time, we would have returned it. Lesson learned, unfortunately, not a good one.

Honestly, not sure why the rating is so low. I've ordered from here several times, both delivery and pickup, and everytime has been spot on. Perfectly cooked, generous toppings and even when busy, good customer service when I've called or asked questions in person. Hurricane Helene just came through this last time and still, as busy as they were, I still got my delivery from Peter before the estimate and the pizza was as good as you can ask for from a chain pizza place. Definitely worth a look!

Ordered here multiple times, and every time my order is great. It's always 100% correct, on time (both delivery and carry out), and taste hot and fresh. Never had a bad experience. Super friendly staff when I carry out and great delivery drivers when I order delivery. I've had a lot of domino's in my life, and this location is by far one of my favorites!

We ordered at 6:30 and it is now 8:16 with no food in site. Called many times and spoke to Jackson who was so slow in his responses and not helpful in the least. We waited on hold for 40+ min, Jackson was terrible to deal with.
Called back again 4th time to speak to the manager. Kirby came online saying he was the manager and over talked us and then hung up on us.
Do not order from these guys, awful customer service. We have no food and out $42.11.

If you don’t want to work for fast food or is having a bad day don’t work period . A team member named Kirby portraying to be a mgr. I did in fact contact coporate and I did put in a complaint because this is highly unacceptable. I had a very rude team member hang up on me while I was speaking , said he was a mgr. when I called back he pretended to still be a mgr then proceeded to say I need to bring the pizza in for refund. I have no car. I had to call a Lyft to drop the pizza back off. I then spoke to a real mgr when I arrived. The mgr stated he’s not a mgr. mgr or not there’s no reason to hang up on my face. I was very polite and for him to hang up while lying to be a mgr is crazy. When I arrived there was only 3 men working. Kirby ( who played mgr) was doing dough ignored me when I asked for mgr. I proceed to ask him was he Kirby. He was being snotty stubborn and rude. And that is why I did go out my way to take an Uber to take that pizza back because no way would a mgr would do something like that. I am not happy about this experience and the google reviews really speaks highly on this location which is sad. If you’re frustrated with work then go home. Do not take it out on customers period !

I ordered a pizza through the app for delivery at 6 pm not only did they not arrive at the time specified they canceled my order without telling me, because they lost it I found that out by calling them! Never ordering from this store again
Yeah nah they're not even open at the advertised time, the online store menu hasn't worked, and I sat on the phone for 10minutes trying to get an answer. Went to marcos, got me handle in 10mins

They don't even deserve a star, I ordered by phone and when I got to the site a great lack of attention, I placed the order at 7:18 P.M. They told me 20 to 25 minutes, I arrived at 7:55P.M. and they told me 10 more minutes. I waited that long and they told me they didn't have any orders with my name on them. There was no manager or someone who could solve it. Recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM DOMINOS STEELE CREEK. Bad attention.

They said my delivery was complete but I did not get my order. I contacted the place about my missing food and they gave me attitude. They were so rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Worst customer service experience ever. I got my food like 30 minutes after though.
