This store need all new employees the man answered the phone in still didn’t come back to the phone manager need hire ppl wanna work in got good customer service this place to be shut down asap unacceptable new ppl or shut this place down I will be calling the health inspector in someone over this location why spend money on a place that’s gonna be rude not answer the phones or not be clean making your food smh

Ordered online, get a phone call from, what sounds like a very young boy, telling us it will take 2 hours bc of the weather.. we ask objectively, if it’ll actually be 2 hours or do they not have delivery drivers .. it was assured that they were short on drivers and doing the best they could.. we agreed to wait and tip accordingly due to the bad driving conditions and desire to actually enjoy pizza. An hour later our order is “on the way“ .. 10 minutes later it’s “delivered/complete”… obviously we didn’t get our food so a phone call was in order. After the “speak the manager” option on the recorded message, was intentionally disabled.. I manipulated my way to a human at the Dominos on South Blvd.. I was told our order was canceled due to the driver being stuck in the snow (.001 inch dusting) and called to inform us and we didn’t answer.
Just say you can’t take orders if you can’t. Why are we lying to people who just want food. Pizza places (dominos specifically) are a dime a dozen- and anything but respectable establishments in charlotte. Our expectations are already low within city limits and Dominos overall.

They need all new working and a new manager. I have been waiting an hour and called back and even the manager was very rude saying i have to wait yet another 20 minutes when they told me it would be delivered in 30 minutes prior to ordering. I be reporting this to corporate.

To only have one driver in New Years Eve and not be made aware prior to ordering is insane. The person I spoke with on the phone was an extremely rude and actually hung the phone up in my ear. This isn’t the first situation where I’ve felt this way about this particular store. When you order from dominos on a weekly basis you expect the upmost. I’m very disappointed!

This is ridiculous. The second time in two weeks I ordered from this location and the order is over an hour late if not out right canceled. Even showed on the tracker the driver was only two minutes away and then drove to another delivery on the other side of the store territory. Called the store and was told they sent the wrong order to the wrong address after waiting for an hour and was promptly hung up on without further explanation. Great customer service.

I would not recommend this place I just went to pick up an order with my little daughter I spent around 50 dollars on my order when I got to the pizzeria a girl asked me about my order I told her I'm coming to pick up my order then a guy came in and ignored me and She served him for a pizza, nothing more, my daughter just looked at me, what a bad experience, they should have more attentive staff with less prejudices. (both orders were ready and it looked like my order had come first)

Avoid this location. Parking lot is a hazzle. The workers seem like they don’t care. I been at this location multiple times and something always goes wrong. I would recommend people go to the park road location near taco mama.
