I don't get how it says 37-45 minutes wait and my food doesn't even go into the oven til over an hour after I ordered it!! It's just ridiculous!! So I'm going to have to wait to hours for pizza when it's 5 minutes away from my hotel!! Crazy!!

The general manager here has a nasty attitude, my wife called to ask a question about delivery were we live and he yelled with a attitude NO we don't deliver over. It's better way to talk to people.

This location is the absolute WORST. Extremely long delivery time, that is if it even gets delivered. I just placed an online delivery order only to receive text updates that my driver is in my neighborhood and will arrive only to never receive my food. Called the store numerous times, no one answered so I went up there. The person working looked up my info and stated the driver, Tyrone, was bringing back the order because no one ever answered the door or answered the phone. I showed him that no one ever knocked on my door, nor called me as I have a camera and no missed calls from the number provided for the driver. Requested a refund and left out of there extremely disappointed and hungry. Never will I order from this location again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very convenient location but they have a lot. This used to be my place but they always got incidents or issues with my order. The last time I ordered 9 different kind of pizzas, once I showed up for pick up they said that a driver took my order..and they have to remake it..then they finally contacted the driver and I got the pizzas like 20 min afterwards. The last incident was this week; this place is near to my job and I ordered 6 pizzas for an event, I checked the app and the status was READY, once I arrived guess what? They said my order was not ready because they were calling me to process the payment because I didn't pay, I said the order is less than $50 and I choose to pay at the store, and they also replied back like no it was an issue with my name. They make the pizzas in less than 15min and with all of that I tipped them with 5 dollars, I understand that their job is under pressure but they have to be more organized. I won't back again unless is strictly necessary

Got the deep dish pepperoni. Sparse cheese, sparse pepperoni. Little Cesar's is better and less expensive. But Domino's is open later.

Ordered 2 different 2 topping pizzas. I got 2 pizzas that were not different. Delicious but not what I ordered. ??♂️. It’s pizza I’m over it.
People please do not eat from this place. Sorry I didn't take pictures. None of the workers had on gloves. They were making pizzas with their bare hands. Disgusting, I placed a pick up order which I arrived almost forty mins after I ordered online. I walk in an the cashier tells me my food would be coming up shortly. I wait another fifteen mins an asked them where is my food. The manager tells me that the system has been slow or acting up but my food is about to be made next. I tell him I need my money back on my card, which he tells me it will take up to 45 business days. I'm like wow okay. I notice that all there orders are going out on deliveries and pick up order people have to sit for over an hour to get their bare handed made pizzas. Disgusting establishment. Put in a complaint to corporate and the no better than the bull jive business they're putting out to customers. I recommend not eating here at any cost for your own safety people

They kill it every time at this Domino’s. My order is always piping hot and fresh, whether I order delivery or pickup. The store is always super clean and a happy atmosphere. The employees are always super nice and willing to go the extra mile to make your order right every time. Thank you!!

Overall, the most mediocre pizza i've had in years.Skimpy toppings.Greasy dough.Bland sauce.It just doesn't have anything going for it.The pizzas you get from grocery stores far surpass the quality found in a dominos pizza.

This evening, I ordered a pizza and after waiting 1.5 hours, the app stated that my order had been delivered; yet, I had received nothing. I called and was informed that the driver was still in the area and my pizza should still be on the way despite what the app said. After waiting another 40 mins and still no order, I called back and requested a refund. Never found out what happened, but I assumed my pizza was left on someone else's doorstep. I'm giving 2 stars since the refund process was pretty quick and easy, but I'm finding this is a recurring theme in Charlotte with the major chains. Pizzas are being delivered everywhere except where they belong. Let's do better Domino's! You all are my favorite pizza chain and I would like to continue being a customer!
