I can’t give less than 1 star. I placed an order at 7.08pm and at 8.30 still not even prepared pic1. Employees just time passing here.
Do not place order if you have kids. They will be starving for sure .

Pic 4 show what I ordered and what I got. Olives , garlic and jalapeño missing. We are from India and we don’t eat any meat other than chicken. But they added some meat in black color which I don’t know what it is. White sauce added when we ordered regular red sauce.
Based on the employees behavior and working style I would definitely say all positive reviews about this store are paid. As I’m standing in front of them about 1.30 mins
I read most of the reviews intentionally today after the this incident and I could say it’s best to close this store or fire all employees including manager.

Amazing service as always!! This has became my new go to place for pizza delivery. Ordering is simple online and I like the Domino’s Tracker that keeps track of your delivery and I love that they have their own delivery drivers who are always professional, courteous, friendly and on time. The pizza and everything ordered is always hot, fresh and delicious. I can’t say enough good about this place. Highly satisfied!! Keep up the good work!! 😊

I placed an order and was told 15mins. My timing was tight after realizing how long it would take. My order wasn’t ready at 10:35 after waiting 15 mins. My ride had arrived and I had to go so l canceled the order. The server was pleasant at all when I asked about the status of my order. When he returned my funds, he said “don’t come back”. I turned to him as I was so shocked of his unprofessional behavior. He didn’t think I heard him but he said it loud enough for me to hear as I turned to leave.
They have great customer service.
Always on time everything is hot and never cold when you get it.

It’s been over an hour! I put an order in @10:50am and the prep wasn’t even started it went in the oven at 12:14pm I’ve seen y’all make the pizzas before it doesn’t take that long to prep 1 pizza.

I placed a pre-order around noon for a scheduled delivery at 4:45 PM, intended to serve a group of 25 children during my son’s 4th birthday party. The Domino’s Tracker showed that the pizzas were completed at 4:37 PM, right on time (delivery was scheduled for 1 mile away, 5 min drive). However, by 4:50 PM, with no sign of delivery, I called the store to ask where our order was.
It took approximately 10 minutes for the employee I spoke with to locate the order and provide any information. I then asked to speak with the manager, who told me there were no drivers available and that the pizza would not arrive for another 30 minutes—putting the delivery at 5:30 PM, nearly 45 minutes after the promised time.
There was no communication from the store to inform me of the delay ahead of time. Had I been contacted, I could have arranged to pick it up myself to keep the party on track. Instead, the delay meant the children didn’t eat until after 5:15, and the party ended at 5:30 (hard stop due to another party). We were left with barely enough time to sing happy birthday to my 4-year-old son, let alone enjoy the meal we’d planned the party around.
I was not offered a sincere apology—only a vague offer for a discount on a future order, which did little to make up for the stress and disruption. This was a significant letdown during what was supposed to be a joyful and memorable occasion. I missed 15 minutes of birthday activities (and being able to take photos) being on the phone with the store.
At a minimum, proper communication and a genuine acknowledgment of the impact would have made a difference. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and review the processes around scheduled deliveries, staffing, and customer communication to prevent similar experiences in the future.
Food is good and got ready pretty quickly, just hope my food isn’t as greasy next time
