I placed a large online order a day before I needed the order. I also called one hour before I needed the order to make sure the employees knew that my large order would be picked up at 12:00. I was told that they had my order and would have it ready. When I arrived, there was only one employee working, and he had only assembled one out of the 20 needed pizzas. Needless to say, the order was not ready, and I waited 45 minutes for the order. If I did not have students waiting for the pizza, I would have canceled the order. I would NOT recommend this location.

You might get sick if you eat here. General Manager does not throw away expired products or boxes that have fallen on the floor. I found mold in the chicken and when I brought it to his attention he shrugged it off. Knowing he would only remove the moldy chicken I took it and trashed the entire container. He says “it’s food cost” he is disgusting and the worst manager I have ever worked with. He cares only about money and not the quality of the food he sends out. Being a girl he doesn’t listen and comes back very rudely towards me and other coworkers IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I have told him multiple times he is unprofessional and not in the condition to run the store properly. All the reviews about him being on his phone or very true and worse because he doesn’t wash his hands between his phone and food. I’ve told the Area Director and Operational manager about the situation but be cautious eating at 8804. Go to Tony’s pizza down the street. Friendly people and good food every time.

Placed order online for pick up got there board said 10-15 mins walked around the store for 25 mins came to pick up order board still said BAKE and the guy making the pizza was very rude and disrespectful. Still had to wait another 20 mins what is the purpose of the board and to order when it’s not even ready on time. This place sucks and is ridiculous

Service was awful . Worker was on his phone the entire time and barely acknowledged my existence. He didn’t ask for a name for my order and it took us forever to even get helped because he wouldn’t look up from his phone .

A few weeks ago, I ordered online for a business event in the morning for delivery at 6:15 PM from the Domino’s inside Walmart. It didn’t arrive until about 7:30 PM. No one contacted me about the delay and when I called the staff was dismissive and offered no apology. I also submitted negative feedback through Domino’s website and only received an automated email with a case number. I should have been contacted but the customer support is just as poor as the store’s service. This location clearly needs better management and training. It was embarrassing to host a business event and have the food arrive so late. The pizza itself was fine, but both the store and Domino’s support failed me.

I can’t give less than 1 star. I placed an order at 7.08pm and at 8.30 still not even prepared pic1. Employees just time passing here.
Do not place order if you have kids. They will be starving for sure .

Pic 4 show what I ordered and what I got. Olives , garlic and jalapeño missing. We are from India and we don’t eat any meat other than chicken. But they added some meat in black color which I don’t know what it is. White sauce added when we ordered regular red sauce.
Based on the employees behavior and working style I would definitely say all positive reviews about this store are paid. As I’m standing in front of them about 1.30 mins
I read most of the reviews intentionally today after the this incident and I could say it’s best to close this store or fire all employees including manager.

Amazing service as always!! This has became my new go to place for pizza delivery. Ordering is simple online and I like the Domino’s Tracker that keeps track of your delivery and I love that they have their own delivery drivers who are always professional, courteous, friendly and on time. The pizza and everything ordered is always hot, fresh and delicious. I can’t say enough good about this place. Highly satisfied!! Keep up the good work!! 😊

I placed an order and was told 15mins. My timing was tight after realizing how long it would take. My order wasn’t ready at 10:35 after waiting 15 mins. My ride had arrived and I had to go so l canceled the order. The server was pleasant at all when I asked about the status of my order. When he returned my funds, he said “don’t come back”. I turned to him as I was so shocked of his unprofessional behavior. He didn’t think I heard him but he said it loud enough for me to hear as I turned to leave.
