If I could give zero stars, I gladly would. This is just awful. I came around 12:00–1:00, and the employee was simply asleep. When another woman and I loudly called out to him, he came out, wiped his face, and took my order. Then, he immediately went to make the pizza—wonderful, thank you so much for not washing your hands. While preparing the food, he kept scratching his beard, and I’m not sure he even washes it.

Every time I’ve ordered pizza here before, it’s been terrible. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I visited another Domino’s location. At that one, the staff is amazing, and they make fantastic pizza. But clearly, that’s not the case at this restaurant.

I ordered 75 dollars worth of food and never got it
I am PISSED

When the guy (white male) manager finally approached the counter, he barely opened his mouth to speak. I ask him about any deals and he mumbled something. Then I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas he made a comment and because he still wasn't talking at a full volume I asked him to repeat. He then makes a hand motion like hurry up. Definitely poor service but the other guys were friendly. Definitely stayed and watch him prepare the food as well because when he handed my friend the receipt he acted as if he didn't want to be touched.

I placed an order Saturday. I was told 20-30 minutes. Got there 27 minutes later. Gave the guy my name and payment. He said a couple minutes. Lady asked my order and she they hadn’t even started my pizza. She just got there and he was backed up.
I left. I will not order there again and it’s dirty. So things happen for a reason.

A disaster never again 7.40 pm I ordered a home delivery order 2 hours later I found out it was canceled because I called if I was still waiting

I didn’t receive my full order and received the wrong pizza. I called to get a refund and the girl that works here immediately got an attitude and hung up on me 3 times. DO NOT order from this location. The people are extremely rude and have ZERO customer service.

Don’t bother. Orders take over an hour , no one answers the phone. And the orders are always wrong. Shut this place down. They suck

Horrible customer service. Did not greet or acknowledge when I entered the store. Made me wait for more than 10 min just to pick my carry out order even though I was the only guy at the store. There were two guys and none of them helped after repeated requests to get my order. Treated as if you were invisible.

I almost always get carry out because ordering delivery is a nightmare. Ive only once seen two people at the store at the same time, this place is definitely understaffed. I spent over an hour waiting for a pizza and I was 5 minutes down the road. But I keep coming back because the food is ALWAYS good. Sure, sometimes you forget my sauce. And the person on register always looks exhausted. But I really do appreciate this place, I hope they get more staff

Do NOT order from this dominos. At this point I can’t even count the times they’ve messed up my orders. From giving me the wrong food to “the driver forgot the order at the store and had to come back to get it” and plenty of other things, it’s gotten ridiculous at this point. I’ve always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s been so many times now that they’ve gotten things so wrong that I would rather just order from a location that’s farther away. I’ve had problems with delivery AND carry out, ordering online AND on the phone, big orders AND small. No matter what there’s always some problem. It’s been a year that I’ve been ordering from this location, and I’m not exaggerating when I say they’ve only ever gotten one or two orders right. It’s not even worth it to order from them.

Everyone was on their phone while telling every customer that there is a 1 and half hour wait on their pizza order. They only starting making my pizza when I showed up to pick it up after ordering it online. The person making the pizza did not wash his hands even after using his phone. The place looks dirty and not well taken care of. No manager in site. Horrible establishment.

The food is fresh. The service is great, and Jakolby W is one of the best workers. She goes above and beyond.
