I placed a pre-order around noon for a scheduled delivery at 4:45 PM, intended to serve a group of 25 children during my son’s 4th birthday party. The Domino’s Tracker showed that the pizzas were completed at 4:37 PM, right on time (delivery was scheduled for 1 mile away, 5 min drive). However, by 4:50 PM, with no sign of delivery, I called the store to ask where our order was.
It took approximately 10 minutes for the employee I spoke with to locate the order and provide any information. I then asked to speak with the manager, who told me there were no drivers available and that the pizza would not arrive for another 30 minutes—putting the delivery at 5:30 PM, nearly 45 minutes after the promised time.
There was no communication from the store to inform me of the delay ahead of time. Had I been contacted, I could have arranged to pick it up myself to keep the party on track. Instead, the delay meant the children didn’t eat until after 5:15, and the party ended at 5:30 (hard stop due to another party). We were left with barely enough time to sing happy birthday to my 4-year-old son, let alone enjoy the meal we’d planned the party around.
I was not offered a sincere apology—only a vague offer for a discount on a future order, which did little to make up for the stress and disruption. This was a significant letdown during what was supposed to be a joyful and memorable occasion. I missed 15 minutes of birthday activities (and being able to take photos) being on the phone with the store.
At a minimum, proper communication and a genuine acknowledgment of the impact would have made a difference. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and review the processes around scheduled deliveries, staffing, and customer communication to prevent similar experiences in the future.
Food is good and got ready pretty quickly, just hope my food isn’t as greasy next time

Xavier the general manager is awesome. He's standing there with a flyers and gave one to me. Walmart couldn't give me a plate of chicken with mac and cheese and stuff and Xavier the manager offered me a brand new exciting medium pan pizza and saved the day. I recommend this location to anyone who really love pizza! I am studio mix!!
Xavier was a great server and courteous and helpful.
This location is near the big air trampoline park. Very convenient to order pizzas from here for birthday parties.
I have called this location three times to order pizza and all three times I keep getting a recording answer machine. No rush Customerservice over the phone. And have been on hold for over 25 minutes. At this point this is ridiculous!! No one ever answers the phone at this location. Good luck on getting an order place here..
i didn’t know they couldn’t break a 50 and i’m sorry to Bethany my driver. Thank you for coming back and i apologize about the inconvenience. I will piece a tip with the manager as soon as i can in the next couple of days. Tom? Quit your job and find something else. You are terrible.

If I could give zero stars, I gladly would. This is just awful. I came around 12:00–1:00, and the employee was simply asleep. When another woman and I loudly called out to him, he came out, wiped his face, and took my order. Then, he immediately went to make the pizza—wonderful, thank you so much for not washing your hands. While preparing the food, he kept scratching his beard, and I’m not sure he even washes it.
Every time I’ve ordered pizza here before, it’s been terrible. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I visited another Domino’s location. At that one, the staff is amazing, and they make fantastic pizza. But clearly, that’s not the case at this restaurant.

I ordered 75 dollars worth of food and never got it
I am PISSED
When the guy (white male) manager finally approached the counter, he barely opened his mouth to speak. I ask him about any deals and he mumbled something. Then I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas he made a comment and because he still wasn't talking at a full volume I asked him to repeat. He then makes a hand motion like hurry up. Definitely poor service but the other guys were friendly. Definitely stayed and watch him prepare the food as well because when he handed my friend the receipt he acted as if he didn't want to be touched.

I placed an order Saturday. I was told 20-30 minutes. Got there 27 minutes later. Gave the guy my name and payment. He said a couple minutes. Lady asked my order and she they hadn’t even started my pizza. She just got there and he was backed up.
I left. I will not order there again and it’s dirty. So things happen for a reason.

A disaster never again 7.40 pm I ordered a home delivery order 2 hours later I found out it was canceled because I called if I was still waiting
