I have ordered delivery from this place twice. First time they forgot the icing for my cinnamon twists. Second time, they just did not deliver my pizza at all. Never order from here

My order was ready fast and when I got to the restaurant to pick it up, It took less than two minutes. Reading the other reviews it seems like the delivery might be the issue at this location but picking it up it’s convenient.

They delivered my order late, and the delivery man just left my food on the ground at my front door when I asked for them to hand it to me, then I check the food and it's cold , I call back and tell the manager and he can only say he can offer me a free pizza next time I order, well sir I already get a free one from this order due to you guys promo, so what am I really getting out the deal? I told him I won't be ordering again and all he could say was I'll still at it to the phone number, sir I want my money back so I can get some hot good fresh food from somewhere else where they value my money and time, definitely don't recommend

Do NOT order from this store!!! I ordered two appetizers which took two hours to deliver. I tried numerous times to call to cancel or change my order to pickup and they don’t even pick up the phone!!As expensive as everything is now spend your hard earned money elsewhere.And after two hours of waiting….you guessed it, the food wasn’t even warm…unreal.

Delivered the wrong order, the driver took the wrong order and said he’d be right back. One hour later no pizza and when I call it says my order has been delivered. After 25 minutes on hold I finally gave up.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 4:43pm and they arrived cold and greasy around 6:20pm. At one point the app said the pizza was delivered and it hadn't been, so I called and the person working there said they were still out on delivery, but they were in my neighborhood. Another 30 minutes pass, so I call back and was told traffic was heavy and the delivery was still out. Needless to say, the pizza left out for delivery at 5:10 but didn't arrive til 6:20, cold and greasy. This was my first time ordering from this location and this was totally unacceptable.NOTE: I have sent an email, even to corporate. No response tho. I would never do business like this or serve that kind of "food" to anyone!

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and it was AWFUL. Didn’t seem like it had any sauce at all, nor any cheese. It was like cardboard. TERRIBLE!!! Tried to address the issue through their app, but there is no option do that. This is why I quit eating Dominos

Zero stars is more accurate. Pizza arrived 1.75 hrs late. I was on hold on the phone for 58 minutes, trying to cancel the order. When the driver arrived, I told him that I had to make dinner and don't want the pizza, which I tried to cancel by phone. He told me to call the store the next day for a refund. I did that, spoke to the Manager, Talon, and was assured of a full refund. Three weeks later, no refund has been processed. I've called the store 6 times, to be told that Talon isn't there. I called at the appointed time repeatedly, and he's still "not there." Trying to reach a legit customer service office is a joke. To add insult to injury, the charge went through with a 30% tip added, NOT BY ME! I'm still pursuing this horror show.

Don't even bother ordering.. chances are, they'll just take your money and not deliver your order. Had a driver call me and curse me out, and steal my pizzas, simply because he couldn't read my (very simple) delivery instructions. They won't answer their phones and they clearly don't care about their customers, or the food.
