Very bad communication don’t call to make sure delivery it correct or to see if they right person got the food

Placed my order at 11:30 PM. Got a text message saying Garreth was on his way. Then I got a text saying Garreth entered my neighborhood. And lastly I was notified that Garreth is pulling up. I have four cameras & Garreth nor my pizza is anywhere to be found, 18 minutes after he supposedly arrived. I need my refund IMMEDIATELY!

I order from this location frequently. The curbside delivery service I haven't had any issues with. However the last few times I have done delivery the pizza didn't seem settled and today takes the case. I don't know what happens to the pizza from the oven into that little mit and on the drive over but look at the pics...this cheese is all over the place...come on now! I'm good on delivery from here on out and I tip outside of the delivery fee...like can we do a little bit better.

Please believe the negative comments and order at your own risk from this specific location… I have no choice but to believe these people are in other words “scamming”… I ordered 3 items , they dropped off one Large pizza that wasn’t even mine. And when you try to call from the number you place the order with, they will not answer. You have to call from a different number to get someone to answer, and even when u get a physical person on the line, and tell them you have an issue, they dismiss you and seem to put your number on a “do not allow “ call list, because any time you call back after, they do not answer. Please stop ordering from this location, this location needs to close down ASAP!

Man, These folks Dropped off the wrong order, dipped off and didn’t answer the phone all night. I literally saved that emergency pizza offer for an emergency like this when I’m literally on my last few dollars. Surprisingly they had an offer to get the Mac n cheese with 30pts instead of 60pts. Then I added the cinnamon twists on to meet the Minimum required. So that a total or 3 items. $16 + tip. These folks dropped off one box, I opened it , it’s a large pizza cut in squares, half mushrooms, half pepperoni. . I don’t eat Marinara Sauce or Mushrooms. The pizza I ordered had Alfredo Sauce and spinach. I called them immediately. No answer, I called them like 10x 3mins apart. I finally had the mind to call from another number, finally got an actual person.. the lady was ready to take my order, until I told her “I received the wrong order “, she immediately transferred me to the same number that wasn’t answering the first 10x.
When you go on the website to complain, you only have 2 options. Get 60pts that comes in 2 days, or get 20% off your entire order. They don’t offer your money back. I probably would’ve been like f it, I’ll just eat the pizza. But considering I don’t eat a couple ingredients on this pizza. I basically paid $16 for someone else’s meal.
