This is the 3rd time we ordered pizza using a deal. Each time we ordered using the deal the pizza was in its worst form. The crust was burnt, a ton of sauce( thin crust was dripping sauce. It was all soggy), barely any meat and toppings, i could literally count the number of meat pieces on the pizza. If you order outside of the deal, they do a decent job. I believe the service should be same regardless.
And chicken wasn’t even on the menu and there was no mention of it.

I recently had the most frustrating and disappointing experience at Domino's Store #4487 in Charlotte, NC, and I feel compelled to share my awful experience to warn others.
I placed an online order (Order #1353) on 02/26/2025 at 8:03 PM for carryout. The estimated time was 26-36 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, when I arrived at the store, I was forced to wait for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they messed up my order and then cancelled it entirely!
Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.

The food is dry.. everything. and there is verrryyyy little cinnamon on the cinnamon twist.. go to the one on sunset.. it's definitely better.
I had company coming over and after an hour of ordering our food I called they still didn’t even make the the pizza yet! This has happened literally multiple times! I live not even 10 mins away… I canceled the order, I will never order here again and advise others to do the same unless you like your food cold and late.

Don’t even bother if you’re wanting curbside pickup “2 minutes or less” is a flat out lie. I waited for 15 minutes before I finally had to walk in and get it myself. Pizza was barely warm by that point.

Driver came to our apt called us at 9:06pm and ended the call, we called back at 9:06pm and the driver declines our call. We call the Store and a young lady answers we explain everything and she says you have to pay for the order again if you want it sent back out because the driver has beben back….. we called at 9:15pm and the Domino’s is a good 6 minutes away. Meaning he literal y did not wait ANYTHING from when he called on top of that, he declines our call and we are left with no good because he cancelled our order. They cancelled my order because the it driver said he waited a long time and called and never got a call back. I have screenshots and asked to speak to a manager, she got Fred on the phone who is by far the worse manager I have came across. He said the driver said what he said and he would believe him even tho we had evidence of the calls. He said if we wanted to report or do a review that it was fine he did not care because he wouldve done the same thing if he was a driver. Cared less about my kids being left without dinner. Will NEVER place an order here again.

It took an hour to deliver to my place which is 8 minutes away 15 tops with traffic. My pizza was cold so I called and the so called manager said it was sitting here waiting on a driver sorry. No resolution no customer service skills what so ever. AND My cheesy bread is burnt.

Ordered pizza for delivery and used “emergency pizza” reward for a portion of the order. I ordered delivery for the week prior to the same address and it was delivered no problem. 10 minutes after I ordered online, the store called me and told me the delivery address was outside of their radius and cancelled the order, then refunded it. After hanging up, I saw that the previous delivery order from the week prior was from the same store. Then I noticed that my free pizza reward was gone since I used it for the order the store cancelled. I called the store back and spoke with the manger who was less than helpful. She said the delivery driver called me to cancel the order because it was outside of their radius. I explained that it makes no sense because they delivered to us the week prior. She said because the week prior it was Friday and they didn’t notice the order? But because today was Thursday they noticed it and cancelled? Again, makes zero sense. She then tried to place the blame on me that I should use my address to find the closest store when ordering and I explained that the dominos app chose the store, not me. I then told her that my free pizza coupon is gone because they cancelled it and she said it might appear in the app in “a day or two.” And I asked if I can place a carry out order over the phone and they can still give me the free pizza promotion since they cancelled. She rudely replied, “but then you’ll get two free pizzas when the reward goes back on your phone.” I’m sorry what!!? I told her we deserve that then for the inconvenience and she muted the phone for 30 seconds and didn’t say anything because I would assume she was gossiping about the conversation to coworkers. Then she got back on the phone, said she’d honor the free pizza, rushed through taking my order, and when I said “thank you,” she didn’t say anything and hung up.
On top of ALL of that, they didn’t even get the order right. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak speciality pizza and got a pizza with tomato sauce and steak, drenched in oil. The cheesey-bread wasn’t cooked all the way and I strongly feel they did this on purpose and out of spite. Very negative experience and will never be returning.
Updated review as of 12/12/24: I emailed the owner as instructed in their review response nearly two weeks ago and no response. Starting to believe the responses are fake just to appear that they care!

Customer service horrible even by managers I was just on hold waiting to speak with a manager on two different occasions today 12 mins the 1st time 20 mins the second time it is 11:57 11/26/2024 ordered a pizza last night fell out box in delivery bag has to wait another 20 mins bring back not what ordered manager FRED lied lol said I didn’t order tomato sauce in addition to Alfredo sauce but what he didn’t know the automated system when you call in repeats your last order!! I gave him 2 opportunities to tell the truth and he stood on business and I have the recording Apple update!!! So even remake was wrong!!!Both automated system and his call lying since you didn’t answer the phone manager on duty today I made it public I am expecting my refund of 30 asap reason for call horrible service by both managers today !

Kid-friendliness: Great customer service and wonderful atmosphere. All the staff members were very respectful and looked like they were all actively engaged in their work, and still they got me my meal in a timely manner. Huge shoutout to the employees at this Dominos!!

Excellent service and delicious pizza! Mr. Fred and his teams service from our experience has been Top Tier! We have been here on several occasions and the pizza quality has been well! Or thin crust is cooked to perfection each time!
