Taylor does her best to be personable with those who frequent this location often, and I’ve witnessed Alexander extend solid customer service. While there was a lot that contributed to my original review, I wanted to acknowledge the additional staff who do show up with the intention to provide decent service. ———— This has been a long time coming. I order from this location due to convenience, and each time, I know that my order will likely be made without intention unless Ryan is on schedule. Everyone else typically ignores the modification and/or special instruction that I always enter. Light sauce and light cheese merely means not to use the fountain pour of sauce and cheese as usual, and instead use a lighter hand when EVENLY distributing the sauce and cheese on my pizza. Still each time I can guarantee that the modification and/or special instruction will be ignored and I will receive either a pizza overloaded with both or all sauce and little cheese. I don’t think it’s hard to treat people’s food with intention. The individuals on staff are paid to provide a service that feeds people, and that shouldn’t be taken lightly. And the few times I’ve advocated for my food to be made correctly I’ve been given an attitude by two specific individuals. Once even being gaslit when I pointed out that toppings I hadn’t order were included on my pie as if food allergies don’t exist. My last pie also looked as though it was cut into slices by a blindfolded toddler.
Please, do better.
P.s. It’s also clear whomever is replying to these reviews has been using a generated response, and with what looks like fake information. It really isn’t all on the hourly employees when the owners don’t seem to value the concerns of their consumers. The team on hand may simply be mirroring the same attitude as the owners.

Editing this post for the Taylor! She was super helpful she listened to the issue and made sure to address what happened last night doesn’t happen again. None of which was her fault. All is out of her control. Honestly she was great! And it’s not fair to just have to have employees that are getting your store bad reviews around bc it’s not easy to find good help. I really want to thank Taylor for her professionalism today and taking care of the situation!

If I could give negative stars. I would. 1st. No adult supervisor for staff. Which means no rules apply. 2nd.They dont honor their endorsements. Next the talk to you rudely when questioned about it. Then curse you out and ignore you. After offering you their own specials. Don't shop here. My girls 11 and 9 cried.

December 6 around 11:25 am, I watched a young man in a dominoes vehicle pull out and cut off a car. He then cut off two other vehicle and proceeded to try to squeeze between me and the vehicle next to me. . . There was no lane between the car and I. The other vehicle literally had to move out the way to avoid being hit. This complete recklessness is for what? To deliver a pizza? No one wants to be in a wreck during the holidays. Do better!

Came to this location on my lunch break 10-29 around 12:25pm place order online got to the store location a tall white gentlemen (who would give me his name bc he knew he was wrong) see picture below for his identity. This manager insisted name insisted on back n forth with customers and arguing with customers on why the wait time went from 2 mins to 30 minutes, stated he just got a online order for 50 pizzas and there tip is $150 dollars so the customers in the store can either wait 30-45 min or cancel there order. He was ok with me leaving even though my order been place online 30 minutes ago. Didn't care about the customers in the store until scan to google tab to leave a review, once he notice I was about to write a review he stated “ oh let me get this guys pizza since he wants to write reviews etc etc etc” he kept going and going. I’d love for corporate to pull the camera to hear the exchange from this “manager” to their loyal customer!! Order number 196 around 12:25pm October 29,2024
My order was ready on time and the location was clean and easy to find. However the Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy bread that I ordered was sadly not the best I've had from Domino's before. Ironically that's mostly because of the lack of cheese this location put on it and it was pretty overcooked too but edible.

I ordered for delivery at 8:05pm and called for status at 8:45pm. Manager Taylor said he will get deliver my order in 30 to 40 mins. when i called again at 9:15pm, he is saying same answer 30 to 40 minutes again and he is very rude. I never order this place again.
