I honestly cannot believe so many bad reviews. Wow. Most if not all of the time, i use delivery… My pizza comes in great timing and is all good, fresh, and hot. Never messes with my stomach. There are only 2 instances where I ever have a problem: when i order free pizza (seems like its not cooked with as much love as the ones i pay for) or when i go into the store (its always slack customer service). Nonetheless the biggest factors are mostly what matter… that i am satisfied with what i paid for. And i always am. Please keep it that way!

There was hair baked in my pizza. In multiple slices. Nasty. Do not order from here. I called the store and the employee said we would have to bring the pizza back to the store to get a brand new one. At that point I had already ate part of the pizza and thrown out the rest. Employee would not let me talk to his manager. Terrible service. I was being polite as well.

I recently ordered a pizza for delivery at this location and although it has so many bad reviews I did want to share light on one person there that has made a bad past experience from here turn great. About two months ago I ordered a pizza from here that was made incorrectly and the manager was completely rude and disrespectful. I contacted corporate and vowed to never order here again. After a long workday and no energy to cook I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, my pizza had been delivered to another building. I then called and spoke to a man and was told that the delivery driver delivered it and there was a picture for the address. I told him I’m so sorry but it was not my door and that I can come there to prove it. He then said it someone may have stolen it. So I drive up there and was welcomed by a sweet lady name Taylor. She showed me the picture which was not my correct door and apologized and made my order again. She took the time to listen, and make the best decision to help me in my missing pizza dilemma. This location has definitely had some bad experiences and some horrible customer service with also some not so good management but it can be better. Taylor thank you for your compassion, understanding and overall great customer service. We need more people like you.

Pizzas at this location are generally good. Not quite sure how the 2-min carside works though. I ordered and paid online and arrived and parked in the carside spot, directly in front of Domino's. I clicked the I'm here option and my phone said check in complete. I waited; 2mins went by, 5mins went by, and then 10mins went by. There were several staff members at the front counter that could see my vehicle sitting, but no one came out. I went inside and greeted the staff. I mentioned that I ordered online and did the check 10 minutes ago. The staff member asked me for my name and he pulled my order from the rack and gave it to me. I ordered a 2liter sprite with my online order that he had to get from the back and it wasn't cold. No complaints about the food but I never got clarity on if they received my check-in notice since I had waited 10mins and then went inside to find out that the pizzas were ready. Medium 2-topping pepperoni and bacon was good.

This has have to be one of the worst Dominos in the city of Charlotte! The employees are rude- especially the fat white lady that makes the pizzas. If she is having such a bad day she needs to stay home or not interact with customers! Her rudeness and attitude is unnecessary.Next issue- I ordered online came to pick up my pizza. Came into the store no one acknowledged me. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before the white lady even looked at me. It took her 5 more minutes to even ask me if I am here to place an order or pick one up. She then proceeded to shout that I was there for my order but bender did she bother to get it off the shelf. 5 more minutes past and she stopped making pizzas to look for my order. Literally threw it in the counter and ask how I was paying and walked off.What kind of customer service is that? “A simple hey we’ll be with you in a few minutes would have been fine”. I don’t think the lady likes her job. I asked her if they greet customers when they enter. She stared me down and said no for what we are busy… as if I’m not an actual paying customer?!The pizza wasn’t even hot. There are literally 2 pieces of spinach in my stuffed cheese bread. The cheese pizzas look dry and old. Nothing about my order appears to be fresh.

Employees were okay but seem to ignore you while you are there in the counter.Ordered online and when we arrived it said 8 minutes until it was going to be ready and now 20 minutes later the app updated and it showed that it had just entered the oven. It took 20 min to make it? Nope they forgot to make it.Definitely not accurate and slow store. It seems they forgot to put it in when the order was created. I also need to point out that they marked the pizza as done in their system but it was not out/handed out to me, this seems as they were tricking their system to show that they were staying on top of order and completions.Disappointed with this store and how it missed its own process/way of operating.Also they have a restroom but its for employees only.We were only driving by so we don't know if they are always like this. Glad this is not my local store.

Just ordered a pizza for me and my kiddo nieces it taste old and as if it had just been on the counter for hours. When called in to speak with the manager James he proceeded to tell me the taste does not count as something being wrong with my order. What is he talking about the taste is all that matters. They would not redeliver and only offered a small credit towards next order. I'll be sure to never order here again. And plan to complain to your corporate office as well. Thanks for the horrible customer service James. From the looks of other reviews this is nothing new.
