Our experience with this location has been perfect! They technically aren’t our store but the app sends our orders to them and they still deliver! Twice now we’ve had Judith deliver our order and she is super sweet and always has the biggest smile on her face!

We used to order from here a lot. Corporate decided to stop delivering to our neighborhood 2 miles away. Their loss, Papa John's gain!
Update: Corporate has changed their ways and has started delivering again to our neighborhood. Kids are happy and so are we!
Update: tried ordering today at 5:15pm. It’s 7:30pm and our pizza has been on quality check for almost 45 minutes. When I finally get ahold of someone at the store after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, they tell me the pizza hasn’t even gone in the oven.

Today I order and hand tossed pizza and received a thin pizza. I took it back to the store and Lauran the Manager aleast that is what she stated her name was. She told me she was right and I was wrong and did not apologize and rolled her eyes, so I ask for my money back and left. Because of the poor customer service I will never go here ever again. I been going over 20 years.

Placed my order online and it said it would take 23-30 mins. Waited almost an hour and a half and called the store because the tracker stated it still wasn't in the oven. Rep advised at first he couldn't find my order, when he finally found it he said it was about to be delivered (already in the delivery car). I asked to speak to the manager who then advised me the order hasn't even been made yet. She then stated she could cancel my order and give me a credit for my next order but I would not get my current order today. Like really.. this is just unacceptable

I have been to this Domino’s many times over the years. In fact since it opened. I have always had good service here and some of the best pizza’s. They have always been ready on time and one time when there was a wreck on Hwy 16 and I was very late they remade my pizza. Their pizza’s have always been a little bit better than other Domino’s I don’t no why? Maybe it’s always been the people. Over the years I have used delivery and take out. When my mom was sick it was delivery and now takeout. Unfortunately, I do not live 5 minutes from this Domino’s all the time now but I felt I could do a review based on years of going there. Also, I have never had trouble using the app or paying in advance. You also get points for free stuff.
Parking: Easy parking especially after five. Kinda tight when the bank is open. The Wells Fargo is in the same parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicap parking here.
I’ve always gotten great service here carside and the pizza and sandwiches are solid.

The Dominos on My Holly Hu Huntersville Road is very disgusting. They use their bare hands to make your pizzas pick up their wings. Add sauces cheese, all the toppings and their hands are dirty! When I asked for her to use tongs, she said ALL Dominos are like this and no she couldn’t and walked off.
