I ordered a pizza and this is how I got it delivered to me. This is usually my go to dominos but getting a pizza that’s not even hot and it’s looking like this is crazy.

Best dominos in the uptown area without a doubt. Pizzas are made with love for the customer. Dominos owns Papa John’s any day of the week.

didn’t receive delivery order. wouldn’t pick up their phone. showed up unannounced 30min after it was marked delivered. atleast the delivering guy seemed nice. can’t imagine how bad this place is being run.

ordered again to see if this was just a bad day - and no, seems like this is the typical experience for this location.

Made an order later last night on Thursday, November 13. Was very disappointed with the delivery and service of the food. I rarely like to order delivery because I already believe it’s very inefficient and last night proved the point where I believe the driver just didn’t care about providing top quality customer service and was only caring about how busy they were so they didn’t have to bring the food to my apartment condo unit, which is in a very small complex within a gated building, I would expect paying for a delivery charge and a tip that the person who is delivering the food would offer better Customer Service to someone who didn’t want to leave their house to go pick up food. The driver Made inappropriate phone call when they were gonna be about 2 to 3 minutes away, however in their words because they were busy, they did not want to bring the food up into my complex to my door instead wanted me to come out into the cold and down to the Main Gate instead even though very clear instructions were left on how to get inside and where to park in the parking deck below the building and there is an elevator I highly recommend that anyone who lives in a condo unit building that has a gate log to get in to just not use this dominoes ever and you will save yourself a lot of time in a lot of money by not using these people and just picking up your own food somewhere else because they have drivers that don’t want to spend the extra five minutes or less to bring the food to your door and it’s not. I just was a young person. This was an older gentleman who was gray bearded. If anyone ever does plenty use this place for a delivery service definitely don’t pre-tip because if I knew this was gonna happen and I had to go walk outside to go get my own food I would not have to tip this driver for making me leave my house

I wish I could give it a 0. I place an order while I was at work. I received a very very very over cooked pizza. I call them back so my food could be replaced. A man answered the phone and put me on hold, after being on hold for over an hour I finally just hung up, I even tried to call on my work phone while I was on hold and no one answered. They were open until 3am and my food was delivered a little after midnight. So I was left hungry and out of funds. This is totally unexceptable and I will never order from them again and you shouldn't either.

Food tasted like there was dirty sink water added to the sauce. Food was completely inebile and I had to make a completely dofferent order at a different place of course. Called the place and was put on hold for 15+ minutes with no answer. Never again.

All they do is beg for tips but never wanna bring the pizza upstairs I’m not tipping if I gotta constantly come downstairs to get the pizza! if all the drivers are so thirsty for tips maybe you should go get another job.

Weird people banging on my car window while I wait for my order. Please get rid of them, it makes customer experience unsafe.

I just paid alot of money for 2 pizzas 2 drinks and big tip and food was never delivered by Yan but they have it as if it was. I want my money back!!!! Suppose to be delivered to Le Meridian rm 1066 . Manager Jonas never answer phone.

maybe if you drivers didn't beg for a tip maybe you would get tipped. i have ordered numerous times from here. sometimes i pay with card and tip with cash. sometimes i pay in cash and tip in cash. it's been numerous times where i have been asked if i was going to tip before i even pulled out the tip or even could get my order. do your job and don't expect tips from people. half the time my order is messed up but i still tip.
