Won't answer the GD phone

Hours say open until 3am. Came at 130am right now and doors locked and workers inside shaking her head at us. Fix your hours if you’re not open. Called multiple times with no answer as well.

Staying at Sheraton Hotel, ordered pizza for delivery. Confirmed they bring it to the room. Driver called me from lobby to confirm my room number when he arrived. 30 min later he's not at my door, I called Domino's to see where the driver was. They said pizza was delivered 30 min ago. No it wasn't. They said driver left it at front desk and they were supposed to call me??? WTH?? Went downstairs found my pizza cold as ever sitting on a counter, no receipt, no idea what they charged me? Service here is not a priority. Make what happened make sense... it doesn't except for extreme laziness

Extremely rude delivery driver lied when said coming to deliver the order when called
Called store manager made excuses first time about only having one driver with order taking almost 2 hours to never come called second time said driver couldnt find apartment even thou we have had drivers come to our door no problem

Everytime I order delivery from this location they disregard the instructions for delivery. I always put in the instructions for no contact and not to ring the door bell .. THEY DO THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. EVERYTIME THEY COME, they will call and see if I can meet them downstairs.. if I wanted to leave my place I would get in the car and order carry out. It never fails, they always say they have a ton of deliveries and it would help them out ….dont see how it’s my fault. When it rains they say their boss gives them permission to have the customer come down to get their order.

This order really upset me. I stood in the store and WATCHED this woman keep shoving pizzas back in the oven because she had no place to put them. Burnt my pizza and it BARELY had cheese as I ordered and paid for extra cheese. Pizza box was just sitting there open while she worked on like 2 other orders (deliveries obviously are prioritized) This was literally the WORST pizza I've ever received and I order at least 3-4 times a month. I would give zero stars if I could!

ordered online and after 50 minutes of no updates online through the app i called the store to see where our order was at just for the girl to tell us that the order would be cancelled. during our phone call, i got an email that it was cancelled. thanks for the updates dominos, wish i knew at least 30 minutes prior that it would be cancelled.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism at this Domino’s location. The staff here seem to lack basic customer service skills and don’t seem to care about the quality of the service they provide. When I called about an issue with my order, the person on the phone was rude and dismissive, acting like my concerns were an inconvenience. There was no sense of urgency or respect for the customer. If you’re looking for quality service, I’d suggest going elsewhere. Very poor experience.
