Half the time we order food, things are usually missing, and I have to contact customer service to get refunds. Customer Service is quick to help with that, but it’s amazing how consistently unreliable the deliveries are.
At one point during such a process, Customer Service mentioned that my account has had many refunds, as in to suggest that *I* may be the issue? Fortunately that got shut down quick. But I think I am finally now done with their service completely. Would not recommend.

Like Manu others have stated, the serv6is horrible. I never received my order. The Dasher misrepresented themselve as a woman. I called to give directions. After 20 minutes they never showed up. I called again but they ignored my call. I texted. I called once more and they sent me straight to voice mail. Then I watched their vehicle leave my neighborhood on the tracker map. I contacted customer support and they were less than courteous. It was obvious they did not care at all.

Absolutely no accountability they screw up your order after charging you double to have it delivered then won't give you a refund. Worst service ever and it happens everytime.

I’m so tired of being ripped off by food delivery companies.Paying for meals or parts of food orders I never get.The price only goes up it hasn’t come down.Much like the cost of living.I’m done being ripped off. No more Uber eats / GrubHub or DoorDash.I’m tired of your vendors / drivers scamming me. If I order food items and it doesn’t all arrive. That’s a scam.

Why does door dash charge more for the food than what the restaurant charges!!! That’s why my tips are minimum. You guys should pay your drivers hourly due to you up charging for the food through your app!! Signed—-North Carolina location

On April 11, 2024 I placed an order with KFC on Wendover Rd. The order totaled 32.00. The driver left the order at the wrong place. He sent me a photo of where he left it, but it was not my apartment. I sent the driver and Door dash a picture of where he should have left. I got no response from the driver and Door dash refused me a refund.
Doordash is awful. I placed and paid for the order. It never showed up. I went on the app and reported it, they escaled it, them denied the claim. Then I called, they resubmitted it, and rejected it again. My only hope of getting that money back is my bank, where I disputed it. ? I'm out the money with no dinner! That was a lot of money to waste!

I ordered over $30 worth of KFC for my family, and we ordered more chicken legs than anything. Then the doordash girl calls me and tells me they have no legs ready, it be another 20 mins for them. I asked did she mind waiting and she did not want to. So the cashier asked what would pieces would I like to replace the legs and I said I guess breast and thighs. So it still took over hour b4 I got food after that so I assumed the doordasher waited for us, but I was wrong. Not only was my food late and I had one breast and the rest was wings, which I never asked for, the food was also cold by the time she got it here. I do understand things happen, but usually u at least try make up for it or give the option back to get reimbursed since the order wasn't really nothing we ate. I hope next time things will go better, if not I'll not be using doordash again unfortunately.

After calling Customer Service three times to get a refund on groceries where the bananas were rotten. Food was incorrect incorrect items misplaced items I had ordered. I needed a refund for $111 got to Customer Service hung up on three times. I have ordered DoorDash over 50 times within the past three months warning to All. If you have any problems with DoorDash don’t expect any support from customer service whatsoever with your refund. Be sure and take a lot of picturesof the issue you are having a good luck

On 3/21/23. I ordered delivery for my 92 year old mother who like KFC! I asked delivery person to knock on my mother’s door and hand her the box of KFC chicken. Instead he left it on the floor at her door and didn’t knock but walked away ( I had given a generous tip anticipating good service ). I called that day and couldn’t get through. I called back today as I was out of town for weekend 3/26. And was told by DOOR DASH CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON “Heart” and SUPERVISOR person “ BARBARA”, that I called to late and nothing could be done and I should have called the same day. They would not consider a refund, gift card or even a discount on next delivery but basically told me “ tough titty” Doc!!! Horrible service and horrible customer service. It’s obvious they do NOT WANT anymore of my business and I plan to accommodate them ! I would advise anyone not to use DOOR DASH!
