I did not write it this place has change. I think it has changed owners a few times this past two years and he's getting very disappointing to go there again I will not go back to quality and the quantity has gotten lower in. The prices are gotten higher.

When the Dim Sum on Central Ave went out of business for the 2nd time during COVID, it left no real options other than this place. My family took me here for Birthday lunch and it was fantastic! It's the traditional style with the multiple carts coming by with all the favorites. The roasted pork buns are amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, they all speak english! If you're with a large group, be sure and get a large round table with the lazy susan which makes it easy for sharing!

There aren't many dimsum options in the Charlotte area, but this one is pretty solid. The mall/plaza it is located in appears quite sketchy. The parking lot could use a re-paving. The mall inside had many abandoned/empty storefronts. Don't be discouraged, it won't impact your food experience inside the restaurant. They have carts that wheel around with dim sum. You can take a peek if you aren't familiar, but order and eat to your heart's content!

I have been looking for a dimsum place since I relocated here. And what I mean by dimsum is the cart coming around with all of the yummy foods for you to try from chicken feet to eggplant to sesame balls and all of the dumplings. I finally found THAT place here in Charlotte hidden inside of a mall that is loaded with Asian culture in the hood. The restaurant is nice and the staff is super sweet, friendly and great. The food was really filling and good. I recommend starting slow with a few items and build on and if they off you sauce, take the sauce as it is a good complement to what you asked for off thr cart. I was really hoping they had soup dumplings but they had the classics like turnip cakes, shrimp toast, shrimp and pork dumplings, pork buns beef ribs, etc. They restaurant is also quiet and very clean....and you know you are in a good place when all the patrons are quietly eating in peace. They are kind of pricy as my bill came to 75.00 so be mindful to not let your stomach be bigger than your appetite or your wallet. Will definitely be back.

So. We googled ... best Chinese in Charlotte. Dragon Court came up and I read the reviews which overall or should I say halfway correct as far as I know BECAuSE... they said not to let the area fool you that the food is fantastic. Ok. Let's go try it. People !!! When I tell you the area was absolutely the worst looking abandoned buildings and most ridiculous parking lot I have ever seen. We, still went in. Against really my gut feeling. Trash, bums just pitiful really... we go in, sit down they wanted like 17.95 for beef n broccoli. We left. So sad to see an area left to try and make it. Someone needs to either light a match or fix that whole area up.

I'm always on the lookout for new and interesting spots when visiting Charlotte. This was one of them for sure. You have to navigate through the giant potholes in the parking lot or just use the correct entrance. Now I already knew what to expect when arriving, the old dilapidated strip mall looks like it's seen better days. Arriving with four of my friends we were sat at a round table with a lazy Susan table on top that spins around so you can share easily. You have to try the chicken feet best I've ever had in my life. Soup dumplings and pork buns were good the shrimp tofu wasn't good to me I would pass on it next visit here. Come here hungry so you can more is my only tip and try everything on the carts.

I have been to a lot of dim sum places in other cities, this one is definitely not the best or I should say not even above average compared to others. There aren’t many dim sum places in Charlotte, this is pretty much the only one that they serve dim sum in those little food carts. However I don’t think the food was very fresh, some of them were not even hot. I like the chicken feet and soup dumplings though. I really hope we will have more dim sum places in Charlotte

The worst dim sum I’ve ever had. Location was horrid, food was terrible and not authentic. Don’t come here, save your money.

Bad food, bad environment, don't eat dim sum here. Go to a McDonald's and ask for their dim sum and they'd probably give you better food.

First time eating here. You may not be able to tell from the picture but the dumplings are big! And the flavor is good. Rumor has it they have soup dumplings sometimes. I'm going to have to go back and try them.

The shopping centre and the outside is very very questionable, because it's very run down and dirty but when you walk inside the restaurant it's a whole different place. Big dining area with lots of tables. We ate dim sum but there wasn't much variety. There was one waitress helping everybody and she did an excellent job! Not the best dim sum but not the worst.

Food tastes so great. Only go here when you are hungry or starving since youre gonna eat a lot. Looks sketchy on the outside but all is good inside. Just here for good food

Do not let the plaza deter you from trying this place. The food is amazing! I have been searching for good Chinese food in Charlotte and almost gave up hope before we tried Dragon court. My fiancé ordered sesame chicken and I ordered the chow fun. The chow fun was comparable to chow fun that I’ve had at my favorite places in New York. Definitely a new go to place.
