I’ve been to this cocktail bar on multiple occasions and have never had such a disappointing customer service experience. I went in on Tuesday (10th) and immediately it seemed like the bartenders did not want to be there or be bothered to have customers even though the place had only 7 other people in and well before closing. In general I like a Dram and Draught. The Charlotte location was done well. I think the Raleigh location has a better selection but this is a good bar to visit for mix drinks and spirits
The drinks are excellent as is the service. It’s 5s across the board in those categories. The atmosphere is great, the music is right! I averaged a 4 because someone keeps skipping songs randomly on the sound system. This has happened 9 times so far this visit. I don’t really care what music is playing but the jarring song jumps are taking me out of the excellent experience you are creating. Curating the queue playing would be a way more seamless way to keep the vibe.
