It's been a long time since I had a bad experience in a restaurant until I came to this one. The waiter who served us was not friendly at all, the food took 2 hours to arrive and the food was not good.

Kinda dead in there... probably because of the Ultra-slow Christmas carols I can only take so much Tiny Bennett. We'll go back, but NOT BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

Listen, I have to let you all know how great the service was here! Grace and her team were fabulous in ensuring my order was correct and left me quite amazed with the level of service provided. I will certainly come back to this location for my late night cravings and to enjoy the atmosphere because of how Grace made me feel. Thank you again for everything! Also, please try the buffalo chicken wrap and their loaded nachos! You won’t regret!

I am from NY and I came here on 12/02/24 for dinner. This was my first time here and I got guacamole and chips, the 1/2 rack ribs, broccoli and cauliflower, coleslaw and chicken wings. All of the above was absolutely delicious. These were the best ribs I’ve had in a long time. The guacamole was delicious and the wings were delicious. The manager Grace came to check on us twice which was nice. When I am back in Charlotte I will definitely be back at this restaurant.

Brought our Jeep, Duck It, to Duckworths and they gave us allllllll the ducks!!!!!! Food was amazing too! Ask for Kailee!!!

Absolutely love this location. Food is always on point. The Phillies are outstanding. Staff is always so friendly. Scott the manager is always so helpful. Will keep coming back

Ordered two sandwiches, three kids meals, and a dessert for pickup. I was there within 7 minutes of receiving the text that my order was ready (earlier than estimated) for pickup. We took everything back to our hotel which was 4 minutes away and everything was cold. The chicken sandwich was so tough and chewy that it was inedible. We were not given any napkins or utensils. I tried calling the restaurant and nobody picked up.

I have ordered online at the restaurant several times, and every time I come and wait for my order! The kitchen works very slowly, as does the hostess, and this is even when the restaurant is not fully booked. I am disappointed that the wait takes so long!

Three things can make a restaurant more than memorable. Great food, great drinks, and great service. The daytime staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you happen to be in the mood for something easy that doesn't cost a Franklin, you'll be welcome with warm smiles and fantastic mixed drinks with a large beer selection.

I have enjoyed coming here in the past but my last visit wasn't very good. Service was slow and the food was not good. I had grilled chicken salad and the chicken was some of the driest chicken I have ever had. There wasn't much salad either. The balsamic was good though.
