I’m really disappointed with the experience I had at your restaurant. I ordered a burger medium, but it was completely burnt, dry, and inedible. My wife’s burger was also overcooked and dry. On top of that, I ordered sweet potato fries and was given regular fries that were overcooked and dumped into a plain white bag—like this was a fast food joint, not a place I’d expect better quality from. This level of carelessness in the kitchen is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. I hope the team addresses this, because it left a really bad impression.

We went to eat here before a show and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the blackened salmon - the salmon was okay but the sauce was not good. My side of “roasted” broccoli and cauliflower was just frozen veggies thrown in the microwave. The side of french fries - so bad - the oil was not hot enough to cook them so they were greasy, dense, and just so bad. My husband had an even worse meal. If we hadn’t been short on time, we would have sent both meals back. The waitress was good but the food was not good at all.

Not good, grouper tacos maybe had a 1oz portion total and very fishy, soggy chips with a shot of salsa , server was fine.

Everything about this was a huge disappointment. We came in on a Friday night (3/21) to be exact. The food was absolutely terrible. The fish and chips ordered by 2 in our party were so undercooked that it was super mushy and still tasted like the ocean. The fried pickles were extremely greasy lacking any actual pickle. And another person in our party ordered the Mongolian beef flatbread and it came straight out the freezer. You could taste the ice burn on it. I will say that the service was okay and our waiter was nice about everything but this was the worst food experience we had in awhile. I honestly would never come back and would never recommend it to anyone that I know. Please read this before attending.

Stopped in to grab a bit with my son, and I was completely satisfied with the price, food & service. Jordan was waiting on us, and she was super attentive. I didn't have to ask for water... she brought my drinks out in less than 3 minutes, and she stopped by often to check on us. If you are looking for a great atmosphere, to relax with family or friends, then give this place a try.

Service was absolutely terrible and food was not great either. Our server, Khadija, didn't greet us until 10 minutes after we sat and said she'd be right with us after dropping off a check. We watched her for another 10 minutes servicing other tables before she finally came back. We literally didn't even have water yet after 20 minutes.

We ordered drinks and food all at once because of her. She got water and our drinks 10 minutes later, and our beers were not cold, like they'd been sitting at the expo for quite a bit.

We got our food 30 minutes after ordering. Mind you, this was flatbreads, a Philly, and a personal pizza. Things that take 10 minutes max. The restaurant was in no way slammed either, with numerous empty tables.

The flatbreads didn't taste great and looked worse. Needed a lot more cheese and the chicken was just lumped in the center. The centers were all flimsy and soft and the crust was hard. It was more like a big cracker rather than a thick flatbread.

6:04 we were sat, 6:26 we ordered, 6:55 was when we got our food, and she dropped the check at 7:10. We had empty water and beers the whole time, too, and were never offered refills. Felt like our server hated us as she was refilling and paying attention to her other tables.

I will never go here again.

It's really like a cellar speakeasy - dark and intimate. Quite upscale. Both small, shareable plates and full meals. The customizable charterire plate was delicious. I missed having a salad. Sea bass was delightful. The wine list is outstanding and they have a large number of unique cocktails. Great for couples and groups. And for dinner before a show. Reservations essential. We will return soon.

Good food, good service. We cross the corner for lunch occasionally because sometimes you just crave the tots! I also like their steak salad.

Ordered a salad and this is what I received. The lettuce is old and slimy. Also, didn't ask for my salad to be tossed with dressing and the condiments are not even correct. This should've never been served/delivered to DoorDash Driver.

Quite possibly the worst Duckworth’s experience I’ve ever had. Service was good, employees were very nice and respectful but the food was horrendous. Ordered garlic parm and hot wings and there was no sauce on either. The Sahara Desert was less dry than the wings. Also ordered a buff chick pizza. It was the size of a Chuck-E-Cheese kids meal and tasted like cardboard. Again, service was great and people were very nice, however if you are looking for a good place to eat, this might be the worst choice in Charlotte.

Sat down, 15 min, no service, 4 employees walked by, no greeting whatsoever. Tried just going here walking by, guess I'll avoid this place in the future...

They have a two item minimum no matter the cost of your food for comedy shows. So if you don't want to drink alcohol they charge you for a $4 Pepsi. Stupid rule. The food was decent. But the next morning I had diarrhea so be warned on the chicken Philly. You won't be able to sleep in after eating one of those.
