We had a quick lunch there over the weekend. They were pretty busy but got us right in and seated. We chose to sit on the patio just for the atmosphere and the service was awesome. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the wings and they were awesome too. I would recommend this place over and over!

2nd time is the charm here in Uptown! A great Monday evening sitting at the bar and Imani and Keyona took great care of me! Definitely go to the uptown location and check them out

They don’t have hot lemon pepper chicken wings on the menu, however the waiter Adrienne was able to request the kitchen to mix the sauces. Yes!! The service is great and fast, Adrienne was so nice and friendly. I’m new to town, and she definitely made a great first impression. I would definitely make this a stable bar to visit.

Visiting from Boston. Our waitress, Adrienne, took great care of us. She convinced the bartender to make me an amazing red sangria - not on the menu but so good. We had the Margarita Chicken with Balsamic reduction flatbread - cooked to perfection, the Carolina BBQ platter with the house sauce and finished off with the delicious double decker strawberry shortcake cheesecake - we fought over the last bite.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was a lively place. It is my first time to visit Charlotte, NC and this is my first restaurant to experience. Edwin is my bartender and when I shared with him I am trying to expand my wings with beer, he was kind enough to offer samples and suggestions. With the level of service he offered, the gentleman next to me even asked him for the same beer I got due to his sell and knowledge of the beer. The level of attention, even with the NFL draft going on (explaining the massive crowd they have), his level of attentiveness is worth noting. I'd definitely recommend the place for a nice, hip, and social hang. Next night: Same vibe, tho I came later due to work. Just wanted to include my thoughts on their food... wings were good tho not enough sauce. They were more dry sauce (if you understand what I am saying). Tonight I asked the bartender (not Edwin) which he preferred, the Carolina BBQ sandwich or the Bacon Chicken Wrap. He went with the wrap so I followed his guidance. It was to be served with ranch, but got bleu cheese instead. The chicken is tough, nearly over cooked and not evenly cut so you don't pull all the chicken out in one bite. Their house made chips are great. Hopeful for a better experience my next time in town.

Went to celebrate wife's birthday with 18 people. They reserved a space for us upstairs. We had two gentlemen working with us Charles and Steve. They were awesome. We were there for 2 1/2 hours. There is no telling how many trips they made up and down the stairs that night. The host was great and the bar took care of us until it was time for our reservation. We had multiple appetizers and menu has plenty options to suit everyone. The appetizers and food all came out in a timely fashion. Great work by everyone there

The food and service at Duckworth's was excellent! We had 10 Parmesan wings, a steak salad, and a full rack of ribs with broccoli/cauliflower and coleslaw. The portions were huge and the food was delicious! Our server, Kate, was very attentive and got my complicated order perfect! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Charlotte.

Charles was a great server with a pleasant demeanor and great smile. Food was delicious and the beer was cold. Nice casual atmosphere.

I’ve been to Duckworth’s Uptown each of the last two months. The first time, because a friend recommended checking them out, so I went for some bar snacks and IPAs during a March Madness slate of games. Their bar vibe is exactly what I was hoping for; chill, relaxed, every game on tv, and the bonus of really attentive service. Both visits, Managers Jonathon and Brendan individually checked in, ensuring everything was satisfactory. I had not been anticipating such a high level of service in a sports bar atmosphere. The second time there was a random post-St. Paddy’s day parade pop-in and definitely influenced by my first visit a couple weeks earlier. Both Brendan and Jonathon happened to be at the host stand and recognized me. I don’t know how they remembered me after that gap of time. They personally seated us, offering us our choice of available tables. We luckily got a table in the bar area; the ambience is set to just the right volume in every way.Everything I sampled my way through I would reorder: the Blackened Salmon Salad, the South Western Shrimp Quesadilla, the guacamole, the pizza (amazing crust), the Diner Burger, the Carolina BBQ sandwich, and, my favorite dessert, Fried Pickles with spicy ranch. They’ve turned me into a regular after two visits.

Went here before the Charlotte Hornets game a couple weeks ago. The food took like 45 minutes to be ready. Wings were fire and it had a lot of TV's with sports on to pass the time.
